Edited 11/17/24 – 180 DO RECOMMEND! Not chewproof
As noted this is an updated and edited review: the seller reached out to us after the initial review and sent us a replacement for free – but frankly we wanted to wait and use the product for a stretch before updating this review. There was no point in retracting what was true before if we couldn’t attest that it was, in fact, a one time fluke. We can confidently now say it was and this product is fantastic. We’ve used it three times for traveling and once for a quick fix when we needed to crate our dog and didn’t feel like moving his crate from the lower level. It’s still going strong and since we’ve been able to use it multiple times, all the features we listed in our original review have been very helpful and enhance the user experience for the better! Our dog is very comfortable and content in it, the frame and fabric are still in good shape with no bending or sagging, the zippers don’t tug at all, and it’s easy to clean inside and out. If you have a dog that is already crate trained, you could easily replace a standard metal crate with this; and if you have a dog that prefers their metal crate covered or secluded for that den-like experience, this would be a great option especially for the price. We plan on ordering a second one within the year just to have a back up on hand should we ever have a need for it. All in all, it’s a good product, they provided good customer service, and we do recommend this crate.This has all the makings of being a fantastic crate, but it is not chewproof unfortunately. It took less than a few hours for the front facing zipper to be fully chewed through and this isn’t by a large or particularly chew-loving dog. The zipper is plastic and the teeth were bent out. Once that happened, it was a done deal. We bought this to travel with and missed our return window, otherwise we would have given it one more shot because of all the features we did love (durable fabric, easy to assemble and transport, attractive design, multiple entry points) and hoped we just got a fluke.

Nice portable crate
Perfect for our needs in an apartment. Good size, easy setup, good quality canvas. Fairly lite weight and easy to transport. Our dog wasn’t a chewer so we had no issues.

BEST PORTABLE SOFT CRATE!
Highly Impressed with this crate! I have had others before that had support in them, however it was almost like the bendable supports you would use in setting up a tent. The support frame in this is solid and so easy to put together! I was skeptical about it when I ordered it unsure if it would really hold up but it does. I am still waiting to see if my dog will be able to chew through it…time will tell. But for now, the weight of it is great. I love that the top unzips to be able to check on your little one or allow them to see you. and the sturdiness is a HUGE PLUS. My dogs have tumped others over and chewed through them and then trying to fold some of those flimsy ones back is not the easiest. Well no more – this crate is great. Highly recommend!

We love this crate but it broke after 8 months
The crate is great, easy to collapse and light weight for travel. One of the support bars snapped off randomly and now the crate isn’t usable. The size was a little small for my 65 pound golden retriever but worked for short periods of time when he needed to be crated.

The doors completely ripped across the top. I don’t have a box to send it back, but I want to return it. I had one of these crates previously and loved it. My dog used it for over a year and a half until he outgrew it.But this one is completely ripped across the front.

Works great!
I purchased this to transport my female chocolate lab and she loves it. The size is perfect for her, plenty of air movement and ability for her to see as well as stand up and turn around. She likes to chew and so far, the material has held up very well. I like the fact that its very lightweight, easy to fold up and store in my vehicle (Nissan Pathfinder) and fits well into the back cargo area of my vehicle with no issues.

Good product but not if your dog is a chewer
It was great for travel, compact and collapsible nice for dog to sleep in, until my dog chewed the zipper 🙄

This dog crate only lasted for three uses of one hour each in 15 days. My dog has been using crates for 4 years so that wasn’t the problem. The mesh on the crate had many holes in it and the mesh was tearing away from the sewn sides. There are many more holes than in the photos posted. This mesh material used on the crate is not fit for purpose. I tried contacting Petsfit directly as they asked via three separate emails but I didn’t receive any responses. I am not satisfied; this product is faulty and not made with materials for its purpose. I can’t use the crate with holes for fear the material will continue to rip and tear away resulting in my dog escaping.
