Pure, Gentle, and Effective

Great for foaming hand soap
I use this to refill the foaming hand soap containers in my house. It’s a great value because it only takes a little bit mixed with water to do the job. The soap is fragrance free and it’s easy on the skin. It has a nice amount of lather even diluted in the foaming hand soap container. It doesn’t take much to get my hands clean.The price was right, so I tried this brand. I’m glad that I did.

Great, just one downside
I love Castile soap and this is a great one, only downside. It separates, I have to shake it a lot to keep it together. I didn’t experience this with another brand I have used.

Recommend for eczema sufferers
I’m on my second jug now. So far so good obviously. I had to switch to Castile soap for my hand soap because other soaps cause really bad eczema onmy hands and arms; and they have harmful hormone disruptive chemicals. After to switching to this I have had very minimal eczema (if any, it’s caused by water not dried properly under my ring). I also use this to clean my sinks and bathtubs. This soap gets a good sud going which helps makes things feel clean. I recommend this soap, it’s also a good bang for your buck.

Makes Hands Peel + ineffective + leaves Residue
I wanted to love this product so much. I use Dr Bronners and wanted a cheaper and just as healthy alternative.The best part is that it’s natural, the worst part is that the skin on my hands peel whenever I use this product. It’s so upsetting because it’s supposed to be low tox, yet something is aggravating my skin in this product. I wouldn’t advise others to use it.It doesn’t lather well, but it does lather eventually. When adding to water for an all purpose spray, the water gets cloudy (doesn’t do this with Dr Bronners) and obviously isn’t as powerful. When using to wash dishes, it leaves residue behind (while Bronners does not). I had to eventually go buy the brand that works for dishes, and have been using this for hand soap and body wash. The issue is that if it makes my hands peel, what effect is it having on the rest of our bodies when used?I love the natural ingredients. I hate it’s ineffectiveness AND it makes my hands peel. Very disappointed

Not my favorite Castile soap
This brand was a bit cheaper than other brands I typically use, so I thought I’d give it a try. It is very thick. I don’t think it’s a good thick, it’s too thick and heavy. I do hand soap by diluting Castile soap with water, adding a few ingredients for emulsifying, moisturizing, and scent. I have been doing this for years. This soap was too thick. When I poured it in, it sunk to the bottom, heavy, immediately. I was still able to mix it, and that turned out ok. But the scent isn’t good. I prefer actual unscented. This has a decently potent smell that even after adding some essential oils for smell, it’s still strong and overpowering of the preferred scent. The smell stays on my hands long after washing. Some may not be bother s by the smell, it’s not gross, but I don’t use products with perfumes or fragrance added, so it is much too strong for me. I think I will just use the rest of this one for making cleaning solutions rather than body or handwashing.
