Awesome Litter Box!
I love this cat litter box! It has made my life so much easier and my home smell so much better. It’s super easy to follow and the instructions are clear and concise. The design is sturdy and durable, ensuring that it will last for a long time.I have two cats and while one of them took to it right away, it did take my younger cat a little longer to adjust to the new litter box – about two or three weeks. However, with patience and encouragement, both of my cats are now using the litter box without any issues.One thing I would suggest is to add more liners. Other than that, I am extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend it to any cat owner looking for a convenient and efficient litter box solution. Thank you for making my life easier, and my home cleaner and fresher!

Easy to use, great purchase
I LOVE this litter box. I will be purchasing another two for my sister and my son. I have one cat and i change the bag once a week. there is no odor at all. Instructions are very easy to follow as well as the suggestions to helping your cat adjust to it. the size of the litter box is good, my cat does his business with ease. the design is cute and i love how it does not stick out like a sore thumb. its just tucked away in the corner.

Does not require an App to use!!!
I bought this litter box to replace one which stopped working because the App failed. Why does a self cleaning litter box need an App? It’s needless and is just something else to fail. This litter box was one of the few (only?) which didn’t require an App. Just turn it on, the cat users it, and then after the cat leaves it automatically starts a cleaning cycle. It was a button to initiate a cleaning cycle too. Could not be easier or simpler. The unit works and cleans extremely well. Our cat used it immediately. Great product.

High quality but too small
The unit has a very small footprint and appears to be very well made. I love the open air concept. Setting it up was a breeze and everything was very well packaged. The area inside the tub where the cats do their business is smaller than I anticipated. My 13 lb cats used it one time and that was it. They had to have their feet outside of the litter portion in order to use it. If you have smaller sized cats (and I mean height/width and not just fat) then this would be fantastic. If the litter box portion was 2x its size it would have been perfect for mine. Seems like a good price for the product, just didn’t work for my cats.

Game changer.
This is literally the best litter box. I bought one off TikTok and two from Amazon for presents. I absolutely love mine. I have three cats that all use this with no issues. I literally only have to empty it once a week and the litter box stays constantly clean. I’m actually buying another one right now for a present for someone else because they’re so amazing.

A GREAT Purchase for the Price!!!
This item works fantastically. It’s very quiet, no odor, very sturdy. Cats get in and out and it doesn’t tip. It’s not light-weight plastic. It’s very solid and strong. My youngest cat was fascinated with it the first time the ball started to rotate and she sat and stared at it the entire time. Then when it stopped, she took her front paw…raised it up… and tapped it twice. Of course, nothing happened. She just got up and walked away. I see the automatic boxes that cost $300-$600 and I feel this is a GREAT product with a GREAT price. Now, how long will it last…only time will tell.

Have the robot 🤖 for a week and we couldn’t be happier!!We have 4 cats, two of them recently rescued kittens who eat and poop 💩 constantly!!! We just couldn’t keep up with the relentless scooping while trying to keep the home smelling good (no litter was a match) So I can honestly say this purchase was the right choice, and a total game changer. No more stinky surprises as the Pivot immediately goes to work after each use. The setup was a breeze and all of our cats took to it right away. The “collection” box at the bottom is still going strong and not yet full. So far we are extremely satisfied, and look forward to a “scoop free” cat household for years to come! Five ⭐️

Doesn’t work for our 22 lb cat.
Other than being suitable for cats up to 22 lbs, the litter box worked as described. I really, REALLY, wanted this to work for the 22 lb cat I rescued from a family member, who decided after having cats for 4 years that their children were too allergic to cats. 🙄 She’s a sweet, gentle giant and I couldn’t bear seeing her being rejected and locked up in a room by the only family she knew so I took her. I have litter robots for my other cats that she won’t use it but will do her business on the mat in front of it, so we got an extra large litter pan that she’s comfortable in. I detest scooping litter pans so I got this PetPivot to see if she would use it. Being that it’s an open top pan I thought maybe she would be comfortable with it, maybe she’s claustrophobic in the robot? She used a litter robot as a kitten but as she got larger she wouldn’t get in it anymore. Even my 14 lb and 18 lb cats do their business on the edge of the litter bed with the majority of it on the top edge of the liner and even on the plastic. Only my 8 lb and 10 lb cats really fit well in it.Maybe one day PetPivot or another company will make a model that really large cats can get in comfortably, a good 8 -10” wider.
