Nice leash with a car clip cable
Nice leash. Purchased to replace a leash that the dog chewed through. The dog could probably still chew through this leash only the plastic wire coated portion he could not easily destroy.One problem is the plastic wire coating section has a seat belt end to it so it doesn’t have 2 clips a each end so one end could be attached to the leash and the other end to the dog harness. This part could only be attached to the dog and the seatbelt clip in the car. I had to purchase additional cables with the clips at both ends to add to the leash and to the harness.Although this cable is handy for use in the car this was not the part I needed.

Lock mechanism doesn’t work properly
⭐☆☆☆☆I really wanted this to work, but the locking mechanism is a total failure. It sticks constantly and rarely locks the way it’s supposed to. From the very first time I used it, I’ve had nothing but frustration. A product like this should be smooth and reliable, but instead it’s clunky and unreliable. Definitely not worth the money—I can’t recommend

Versatile leash set, works great
Got this to run with my large Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs. They are pretty well behaved but we have to have them leashed up on the trails. This leash has a super long 26ft length which can be useful at certain times but I usually like to keep them much closer. The stop and lock mechanism work very smoothly as well as the line clutch. The poop bag attachment snaps into the bottom and holds there – but you can pull it off in a jiffy if needed. At first I noticed a short steel cable with clip and “buckle” but had no idea what it was for. After reading the item description here (no instructions included with the box), I found it is to be used in the car – this can be a VERY useful thing – just wished it was a little longer. So what it does is that 1 end clips to your dog’s collar. The other end gets attached to the seat belt buckle in your car so that you can keep them in one place if needed. Most of the time I don’t envision me using this but if I want them to sit in one place this can be useful. Other than that, it works as I expected.

This bad boy is awesome!! Heavy duty, nice size clip, I don’t know what they’re called, the part that clips to a collar. Nice weight and smooth return on lead. Comes with potty bags too. I have an 86 lb dog so I am always looking for things for him. So hot, some miss. This one is good!! Give it a shot. .

Nice leash. I have a 100lb BlackMouth Cur that is older but her leash was going bad. she likes to roam so the length is great and the non chewable lead will make it very nice for a chewer or stubborn doggy! It’s smooth and locks well. Don’t listen to the people that said it broke my dog is 15 and I have had dozens of leashes over the years and let me tell ya this is the real deal. Doesn’t tangle or lock up and not retract it’s very very smooth. The durability is great and the added bag storage unit and container with multiple roles of bags included was a nice touch I really like this leash regardless if it was a vine. The value for money is there and I looked at the hardware inside it and it’s very solid. You will not be disappointed with this leash if you have a big heavy strong dog that likes to go further than 6′ from you like most leashes. Don’t waste your time looking at any others this is the one trust me.
