Excellent product
This shampoo is concentrated, so I mixed it with water about 15:1 in a empty dish soap bottle. It goes a long way. I have 3 dogs that go outside, and occasionally roll in something smelly. This shampoo gets rid of the bad smell and makes them smell good, but it is not a strong smell like perfume. It also makes their fur soft and fluffy. I’m still using this brand in 2019.

This is by far one of (if not THE) best general shampoos I’ve used. The coat comes our so soft and the scent is not overpowering at all but it does last a long time. I usually buy direct from Best Shot but had to buy this one off Amazon so decided I would review here as well.

Splish Splash
Pooch smelling like poop? I know mines does. Being an owner of a 1yr old Husky, it’s not as easy as I had thought to be. Given that I knew what I was getting myself into, I’ve accepted the responsibility as a Husky owner knowing that Grooming was 90% of the work with this breed. I tend to take 2 hours to properly groom my fur ball and after two hours he better smell like a doggy angel sent to lick my face off.Unfortunately with some shampoos he doesn’t smell this way an instead smells like your typical wet dog. I tried everything in pet stores and was about to throw in the towel and take him to Macy’s so they could spray him down with a high amount of scents in the perfume section. Just kidding, in fact I turned to the best store out there (Amazon) and found myself looking at this product just how you are right now.It does come with a high price tag for dog shampoo but you get what you pay for and that is QUALITY! This shampoo has been a life saver and is why I no longer mind those 2 hour grooming session with my pooch. It whitens my dog’s coat, removes that horrid doggy smell and leaves my Husky with a nice smooth coat. You dilute this shampoo to your requirements, meaning if you want it to serve as degrease you put 1:1, for coarse coats 30:1 and deep clean which is what I tend to utilize the most it’s 15:1.Just make sure to let the shampoo sit in for a couple of minutes and repeat the process and you’ll be golden. Once you dry your pooch off, I would highly suggest utilizing the spray conditioner that is also available from UltraMax. The conditioner is the cherry on top of all this. Leaves the smoothest, shiniest coat on your dog. Than finally this is where the doggy angel part kicks in and you’ll just want to let Fido lick your face off.Due to the high price tag, I’ve given this product four stars but I HIGHLY recommend it to any dog breed owners.

Excellent Shampoo
This product requires only one application and a small amount of product diluted in water to wash my 100 lb double coated White Shepherd. It gets him clean, smelling fresh, and doesn’t dry out his coat. This is definitely an excellent value and my go-to grooming shampoo.

Works very well, used on my 45 pound doodle, diluted it as stated. It smells really good, and really lathered but rinsed off easily. It worked very well she ended up super soft & smelling great! It lasts a while too at least 1 week for her! So glad I found this off of a Zoom Groom Ana on Instagram!

It did a great job at cleaning my huskies thick fur, but it would turn my hands and arms red, almost like an allergic reaction. After continued use, I noticed my pup had a spot above her eye that looked red and dry. Maybe I was washing her too often, but I followed the directions on the bottle for mixing. I started using a different shampoo and my arms and her skin were better. It’s too bad, as it did a great job of cleaning her hair and left it feeling loose and smooth.
