Great cat’s robot toy
This cat’s robot toy is an absolute marvel and is well worth every penny. It allows me to remotely control it when I’m away from home, and it also serves as a great way to stimulate my older cats and get them some exercise at home. I absolutely love it!

Works great! I love playing with my cats while at work
My cats are all scared of my robot vacuum but still love this toy. All features work as advertised:Maneuverability: Easy controls but you can’t go forward and turn at the same time so not super agile. It has a slow speed which is annoying but makes it safer for petsLaser: Works well and the cats love to play with it. It is low to the ground but there is a risk of hitting the cat in the eye if they press their nose against the robot so caution is needed.Treat dispenser: Also works well. Because of this feature the cats run towards the robot whenever I activate it. Downside is that there are a limited number of treat slots so you have to refill it frequently and it won’t last long if you’re going on vacation.Camera: Not a spectacular camera but good enough. The night vision works very well.Charging dock: Works well, the robot is good at autonomously loading itself. Downside is that my cats will sometimes knock the robot off of the charger.App: Simple, intuitive.

Love it, wish it moved better though
I’ve had it for a couple months now. I love this thing, especially when I’m away from home. Mostly use it to talk to my cat and give her treats while I’m away. She’s is pretty indifferent to it, but she tolerates it.App is easy to use and install. Not all of the features are well explained, but it’s not hard to figure out with a little tapping around. You can add friends if they create their own free account, and you can manage their access pretty easily. It also reports when they’ve used it so you can tell if someone is currently watching.I definitely recommend using SD video quality unless you’re at home on the same WiFi. HD can get extremely laggy.It finds its charging station very easily as long as there’s a clear line of sight. It does do some searching if there’s a couch or something completely blocking it, but it takes a while. It can get stuck if there’s an obstacle that’s tall enough for it to see under but not tall enough for it to fit under. Pretty easy to just manually move it to where it can find it though.I can get my cat interested in the laser pointer when I control it manually, but the automated play features aren’t quick or interesting enough to get her attention, it’s mostly just a smooth, slow path.I do really wish the movement controls in the app were better. You can’t turn and move forward/back at the same time, and when you use it from anywhere not on the same wifi, there’s a delay, so it can be annoying trying to navigate around. The device isn’t incapable of moving and turning at the same time, the automated modes do it fine. Just the controls on the app don’t allow it.All in all, it’s definitely worth it if you spend time away from home and wanna be able to interact with your pets.

A fun interactive toy for my cats
My four cats love this product!It has sensitive smartphone control, easy-manage movement, infrared interaction modes, and a feeding system that I can add some treats for my cats.I was surprised that this product can move freely on carpets.Its stability is excellent, I’m impressed.I think the included charging cable could be a bit longer. The current cable is a bit short, which limits my space when placing the charging dock. A longer cable would be much more convenient.Overall, I recommend this product as a cat interactive toy. My four cats love it, and I can use it to play with them when I’m not home.

Registration requires lots of generalized permissions!
This looks like a really cool toy but when reading the registration info, found it requires LOTS of GENERALIZED PERMISSIONS to sign up. I’m not comfortable with that from an item made in China. Sent it back.

Great customer service
My cat loves this little robot. It’s such an easy way to check in with him while I’m away at work. I’m able to drop treats for him with this device and play laser. Initially I received this item as a gift, and shortly after one of the wheels on the device stopped working so it would only spin in circles. I returned the item and when I went to buy it again the item was more expensive than it was initially purchased for so my refund credit did not entirely cover it. Their support team was very helpful and refunded me the difference once I received a new device. I am very pleased with the new one I have, and have not had any issues over the last several weeks. I am back to dropping little treats for my cat and talking to him through the speaker while I am out of the house. Additionally, the camera features are great and offer night vision too. It has the ability to return itself to the charging pad. One thing I will say is to keep the charging pad plugged in at all times, because one time I unplugged it and that evening the robot turned on by itself and started driving around trying to find the charging pad. This startled me but I saw a message in my app saying “we’re sorry! Pumpkii needs to return to the charger” and it is so funny looking back.Pumpkiis support team was helpful and communicative with me throughout this process and I recommend their product.
