How do I connect the tag to my Android phone?
*Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and network are both turned on.
Must Read Before Purchase — How Tracker Tag Works
Must Read Before Purchase
* All Tracker Tag on the market rely on any nearby smartphones (not just your own) to update their location
* If you need precise location updates every second, please do not buy this product — instead, consider a dedicated GPS tracker (larger and requires a monthly fee)
How do I power the tag on and off?
· To power ON:
Press and hold the button until you hear a long chime (like “ring-ring-ring-ring”).
· To power OFF:
Press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds, then release.
You will hear 2 short beeps.
My tag won’t connect — what should I do?
1. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and network are enabled.
2. Follow the manual to perform a factory reset on the tracker.
3. Go to your phone’s Settings → Google → All Services → Devices → Scan for nearby devices.
4. Watch video in product image.
How do I reset the tag to factory settings?
1. Double-click the button.
– You’ll hear 1 beep.
2. Then quickly tap the button 4 more times and on the 5th press, press and hold the button until you hear a long chime (like “ring-ring-ring-ring”).
Why is the location not updating or accurate?
Tag sends out a Bluetooth signal. Nearby anyone’s phones help locate it by sharing their location. So if no phone is nearby, you won’t see a new location update. For real-time track, you’ll need a GPS tracker but they’re bigger and need monthly fee.

Helpful tool for locating lost pets
After multiple friends and neighbors dogs got out recently and I spent hours helping to locate them, I purchased a couple of these trackers for my 2 slightly mischievous dogs who I enjoy taking on adventures often. I haven’t had a chance to test out the accuracy in a more rural area, but we’ve taken the trackers to run errands and see if they work. The location pinged pretty close to where the tracker was located, which gave me some piece of mind. The company says they use nearby cell phones to give approximate locations, so I’m not sure how well they’ll work out in the woods or in less populated areas. The tracker uses a watch style battery which is inexpensive to replace. I’m not sure how long they last since I just received the product recently. I would suggest periodically checking to make sure they’re still connected at giving locations.I think it will be helpful to get you in the approximate location to locate a lost pet and that’s worth the $25 in my opinion. There’s also no monthly fee, it just uses an app you download to your phone (similar to find my phone). That was also a plus!My order came with a rubber dog tag ring and the kind you run through a collar that lays flat. I prefer the flat rubber holder because my puppy can’t try to bite it

NOT A PET TRACKER!
BEWARE! This item is absolutely useless for tracking your pet or anything else that is beyond the Bluetooth range of your phone (40-50ft). Totallly fraudulent title as alone. As soon as you open the package, out pops a little card with QR Code for technical assistance which I did not read immediately because I did not need assistance. The so-called “tracker” per instructions connected right up to the Bluetooth of my phone and registered on the Google Findmy app. When I went back to the card to read it, it says please note: this tracker does NOT track your dog, but tracks your phone! Then goes on to say you would need to buy a much more expensive GPS Tracker to actually track your pet. OUTRAGEOUS! How many people have a dog that carries a cellphone? And even if they did, you wouldn’t need this piece of plastic to find it. I have not reviewed the entire listing to see if the same disclaimer appears there, but clearly any item Titled GPS Tracker for dog SHOULD BE what it is called.

So Much Peace of Mind
My dog, Charlie, is a master of escaping the yard whenever the gate is left open by accident. My biggest fear is that he’ll run off and I won’t be able to find him. I got this tracker tag because it works with my Android phone, and it was so simple to set up. I just attached it to his collar. Last week, he got out while my brother was visiting. I opened my app and saw exactly where he was—just a few houses down the street. It was a huge relief to be able to find him so quickly. This is a great tool for anyone with a dog who is a little bit of a runner. It’s a simple way to stay connected.

Disappointed
This tracker never leaves our house, even when Jill has jumped our fence. There isn’t enough Bluetooth to track her, I guess. Pretty disappointed.

Tracker doesn’t work
Tag does not work. It doesn’t emit any signal and doesn’t even get recognized by the app to add the tracker.
