Loved the mini right away!!
Absolutely love this tracker and Fi community on the app!Started off as a curiosity to see how active my senior pup still is. Turns out he still has lots of puppy power in him and Im so amazed by his energy!It has also given me valuable info on his sleep and naps. I wanted to make sure he has a balance of rest and activity. This is also info I want to bring to his vet for his check ups.I initially bought the new Fi3 before this and returned it right away because it was too big and heavy for his little body! So glad they came out with the mini… it is light, has good battery life and fit easily into his regular collar.The app is really easy to use, gives good info on his steps and I like that it tracks the walks we go on. Also we interact with Fi friends on the app which is like an instagram for dogs/cats! It’s awesome on there!

Ideal for tracking cat location.
Very accurate. My cat disappears for days at a time and I wanted to see where he goes. I was amazed at how far he traveled. Questioned if it was accurate until I drove half a mile to the last shown location, and there he was. Not too big for him. Shows local map location on phone. Well built. Only issue is battery life is only a couple days, likely because he is away. Battery has to be removed from coller and case to be recharged. Somewhat difficult. I recommend this product.

Works awesome when it stays on
It works incredibly well and fulfills all my requirements. However, I wish there was a more secure way to attach it. It has fallen out a few times, and I spent 45 minutes searching for it once. Hopefully, a third-party company will improve the design.

Surprisingly ineffective.
Not what I expected. Did not work for our specific situation. The technology isn’t quite there yet. Read on . . .Our indoor cat figured out how to use our doggie door. I thought this might at least help notify us when she left the house, or the yard, and let us know where she is so we could track her down. It doesn’t. We set up our GeoFence as small as the app would allow, which in our case was still too big. I set the app Safe Zone as close as I could the the back door. I assumed that we’d be notified if she left the house and went into the yard. Nope.On numerous occasions the past week, she was in the yard and well beyond with ZERO app notification. I was watching her every move in the yard and was clearly out the designated area set on the app, by 30 – 40 yards. Yet as I write this review, I’ve received three notifications from the app that she’s “on the move”. The tracker is sitting on the counter in our kitchen. Go figure.My car’s gps is dramatically more accurate than this thing, which is why I made the incorrect assumption that this would be accurate as well. In theory, this is a great idea, but in practice, it ain’t all that.The number of positive reviews surprise me as this was one reason we decided to try this product. It might be great if you have an outdoor cat and want to know where to find it if it’s a few blocks or miles away. If you’re trying to keep your cat from wandering away from your house or yard, look elsewhere. Returning it today.

Always know where your dog is!
After recently adopting a rescue dog, I wanted to make sure she had a GPS tracker on just in case during the adjustment period. The mini tracker seemed like a good fit after reading reviews of other trackers. The size is great and fits on my dog’s collar. The battery so far has lasted awhile (maybe drops 1% per day). The tracker alerts when my dog leaves (either with me or without me) and also tracks other health data like barks, licks, scratches per day.

Peace of mind
I bought 2 of these for our adopted kittens. We have an older cat and two older dogs. We have a dog door for them. And the kittens are quick and true explorers. With these, they go in and out during much of the day, when it’s warm. If they leave the backyard, I get notified and if I don’t find them quickly, I put it in GPS mode and it shows me exactly where they are.

Works surprisingly well for the small size
I have owned several trackers for my pets. This one was for my cat and the size is great as is the accuracy. Am thinking of replacing the trackers I have on my dogs with this same one.

So far, so good.
It’s a lot more accurate than an Apple AirTag. But we need to keep BOTH on our cat because he tends to go out and lose his collar in the yard. This doesn’t make a sound in lost mode. In fact I’m not sure what it does in lost mode, if anything. They need to sell extra rubber cases for the mini as I can see them wearing out quickly. It comes with 2 cases.
