Why did you pick this product vs others?:AMAZING, easy. no mess and dogs love it.Brush tool removes shedding hair with each stroke and vacuums up instantly. No mess. Also grooming tool so simple although takes time thru first shearing to realize how simple it works. Very quiet. Not one hair on floor. Saves time and $$$ from going to groomer.

Easy clean up! Saves on Grooming cost
Love this for shaving my Cavapoo. Works well, cuts even and sucks all the hair for easy clean up! It’s not too loud, she’s not bothered at all by the noise. The adjustments to the power speed are making it easier to train my lab to tolerate the noise when I’m brushing him. Only suggestion would be a bit of a longer hose. I make it work but a longer hose would help to keep the system farther away from a pet who may be scared around noise. Would definitely recommend if you want to save money on grooming

Finally able to groom my 3 dogs without having to worry about all the hair!
This is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon. It is not only convenient with all the extra tools, but it saves time because you don’t have all the hair on the floor to clean up. It’s quiet and works great. Previous to buying this FurMe, I used Andes clippers. They worked fine, but there was always a huge mess to clean up on the floor afterwards. With FurMe the hair goes into the storage container which is very easy to empty. As far as capacity, I can groom my Standard Poodle without having to empty it. It fills up about 3/4 with my Golden Doodle’s hair. I think the capacity is more than sufficient for my use. I also use it on my short haired 10 pound Chihuahua mix rescue for deshedding. He has Pekingese in his blood line and got some of that Pekingese hair. It does a great job with that too. I’m posting a picture of my FurMe, and the hair in it belongs to my husband! Yes, it works great on his hair too. So this has worked out to be a big cost saver for me. I’m saving $400 on having my 3 dogs (Standard Poodle, Golden Doodle and Chihuahua rescue groomed and $25 plus tip to have my husband’s hair cut. The FurMe paid for itself after my first grooming session. Just buy it; you won’t regret it.

Great product, great customer service for at-home Golden Doodle groomers!
I have two 50# golden doodles I groom myself. One has the wavy/curly coat of her standard poodle mother, the other has the straighter coat of his golden retriever father. The furMe Professional Plus FM-02 makes clipping them so much easier. I previously clipped them with a dog clipper, but the vacuum combined with clippers is genius! The motor has three speeds to increase suction. The first and second speeds are quiet, third speed is a bit noisier, but pulls the hair straighter, making clipping some of the wavier/curlier parts easier. Neither of the dogs minds the noise for any of the settings. My male lies on his back and goes to sleep while I’m trimming him. The canister is clear so I can see when it’s full as it fills up fast without any hair flying all over my room. It empties easily in the trash and reattaches quickly and I’m good to go for more clipping. I’m 70 years old and have arthritis in my hands which makes handling anything heavy for any length of time very difficult. The clipper attached to the hose isn’t heavy and maneuvers easily. I trim them on the floor and the hose is plenty long enough to get around them. If I had them up on a table, because they’re so tall, it would require a longer hose if the unit were on the floor. The vacuum itself isn’t heavy either so could be placed on a table or counter. The hose is about 6 ft long. The clipper doesn’t get hot as I’m covering a lot of real estate on these dogs! Grooming one dog can cost well over $100 so I’m saving lots of money trimming both of them every 6 — 8 weeks. I purchased this in May of 2024 so it was still under warranty in March 2025 when the clipper quit working. I was so upset, thinking customer service would be awful, I’d have a big run around, and I’d end up having to return to my old clippers without the vacuum. The vacuum still worked great, but I didn’t need the de-shedding or other functions so I was pretty unhappy. Just an aside, I had a yellow lab that blew coat twice a year. I wish I’d had this then! It would have kept me sane as I could have just “vacuumed” the mounds of shed hair!! Back to my issue: I texted customer support and got an email back within the hour!!! When does that ever happen in today’s indifferent world of customer service?! After a couple of conversations via email, doing some of the suggested tests on the machine to determine the problem and then being given a commitment to shipping me a new hose, which is all that was needed, solved the problem and I’m back to clipping again. Works well but design could be better
It works well and it’s quiet. I wish the design were smarter for storing the power cord and vacuum tube. If I put it away, I won’t use it often. If I leave it out for easy access, it’s ugly with cord and vacuum all chaotic.

Dog grooming doesn’t get much easier than this!
These clippers are so quiet. The suction on the clippers lifts the hair as it cuts making it more comfortable for my dogs. They don’t mind a haircut at all now! All their wiggliness is gone. Clipping time is cut in half, less stressful for them and for me, and there’s not hair all over the place. It’s easy to use, though a little awkward to handle sometimes because of the hose. What a great tool. Not crazy about the plastic guides, but they’ll do. Cleaning the hair is a snap, really – just snap out the container that collects the hair and remove the hair, then snap it back in place. Dog grooming doesn’t get much easier than this!

A wonderful product
This is a really good product. For the price it does a really good job and is a great value. The vacuum is strong and has great suction. Very lightweight and makes grooming my golden retriever so much easier. Definitely a product we use over and over again. The array of attachments allows us to grooming exact how we want to. Highly recommend.
