Impressed there’s no odor!
Wonderful product, I received the one without the trap door and I thought it would be an issue for odor but I am pleasantly surprised that there is no odor! My cats love it, they had 2 regular open top litter boxes and immediately started using this one without hassle. There is plenty of space for a 12lb cat. It’s a solid machine that’s super easy to put together and super easy to operate. All together, worth every penny! I would say it’s changed our lives, no more cleaning litter boxes every day, I empty the rather large bag every 4-5 days.As for the bad, the gray gets dirty so fast from litter dust but wipes clean rather easy. This company makes stickers to seal the bottom pad where the litter sits but you have to contact them to get the stickers rather than coming pre-installed or in the order itself.

Works great w the Neakasa box. Captures plenty of the tracking litter, and makes it easy for big kitty to climb up and use the open litter box.

It suits what it is intended for, and a bit pricey. I do not like the assembly aspect since the plastic material felt brittle and it took awhile to align the notches. I do like that it is easy to empty any excess sand that may fall through the grates.I do notice my cats are a bit wary stepping on them initially, maybe because of the slotted grates. So sometimes the would try to avoid stepping on it and jump sideways to avoid stepping on it as they get out of the Neakasa machine. It took them awhile to get used to stepping on this stool with confidence to go inside the Neakasa. I think any small stool would also work to assist any cat, and the mat that came with the Neakasa easily helps catch some of the litter scatter.I think I like better the ramp made for our litter robot 3, it is more like a safe ladder and acts like a well that catches some of the litter scatter, seems easier to use for the cats too.

Worth the buy.
I like this step for the Neakasa.It is on the expensive side of things however I like how it catches the litter on the cats feet.We have 3 LR3 which I loathe but my husband refuses to let go of and one has steps and they suck. They come off and the litter sits on the steps and/or goes flying everywhere.Neakasa definitely stepped up the game with this step.It’s not the prettiest thing but it is pretty awesome.

Worth it!!
OMG! The best $400 I ever spent. Easy to clean, very functional, and so easy to use! Don’t know how I ever did without it!! I have 4 rescue failures, whom I couldn’t do without! ❤️ Its the best!! I even bought my daughter one!

So much hype and completely missed the mark. Look elsewhere
I was so excited to get this litter box because i’ve seen nothing but good things about it and it has been a nightmare. My cats have a LR4 and a less expensive one i found on here and use both of them with no issues. First let’s talk about the size, my 12lb boy has basically no room in it so refuses to use it. My other two use it on occasion but it does nothing to mask the smell. I have had to change it often and waste bags because i can not stand the odor. The litter mat doesn’t do anything and i have even more litter around my home than before. The open look also shows so much dust that you basically have to hide it from view. The app is alright but it’s very inaccurate as far as weight and litter levels. I am beyond disappointed by this and had i known it would have been this big of a headache, would have just shelled out the additional money to get another LR4. I do not recommend at all.

My cats don’t like to step on it and hop over it, so it doesn’t catch much litter. It so ends up all over the floor when they jump out.

Excellent Step for the Neakasa M1 Automatic Litter Box
I bought the Neakasa M1 automatic litter box a month ago. I decided to buy this step so my cat didn’t have to jump in and out of the litter box, now he can easily get in and out. This step also does a great job with keeping the litter from tracking everywhere. I highly recommend it!

Ik bestelde het opstapje, en ik kreeg het kleine pakket binnen dat ik dacht huh? Moet het opstapje hierin zitten? Nee kreeg ik 2 rollen voor de opvangbak binnen…. Na anderhalve week te hebben gewacht op niks. Rollen gelijk teruggestuurd maar nog steeds geen opstapje 😤

The size of this item is huge. If your M1 cat litter is in the bathroom, you’ll have no space to put the ramp of this size there, unless you have a really large bathroom.
