This product for dogs is very good.
My dog suffers from anxiety especially on road trips so we used this for comfort and it worked so good. My dog absolutely loves the smell and taste of it for one and it works great, it doesn’t cause diarrhea like most would and it’s very easy for small dogs to chew as it’s soft. I suggest if your pup as anxiety or stresses to buy this. It helps relax them and is good for health.

I’ve been using these for years with many dogs. My Shiba Inu, Jack, was terrified of thunder/firecrackers, and two of these would calm him enough to stop his pitiful trembling. I called them “thunder chews”, because he got them during T storms. He still hid under my desk, but at least wasn’t trembling so violently. They helped him a lot and had no side/after effects. I recommend this for dogs’ anxiety/fear.

Kept my baby calm during fireworks
I have a 17lbs chihuahua pug frenchie mix who already has separation anxiety these just chill him out great especially for the fireworks for the 4th I gave him two of these and put on this anxiety head wrap and he was out cold!

My little Bichon has been afraid of loud noises, thunder and fireworks since he was born, he’s 6 now. This year for some reason is the worst year so far. Fireworks go away eventually, but living in Florida there is often thunderstorms especially in the rainy season and this year has been pretty hard on my little boy. I took him to a pet store looking for a thunder jacket but they were out of stock. I was able to purchase something to calm him down but it is liquid and sometimes he won’t let me get it in his mouth. I looked on Amazon and my goodness there was a lot of calming items for our pets that I didn’t know existed. I checked all of them and found the Nutri Vet-Pet easy soft chews with a hickory smoked taste that I thought my little one would enjoy as a snack and help calm him with the noise. I followed instructions on the package and gave one to him when I heard and he also heard, the thunder in the distance. He took it right away because it smells so good. It lasts for quite some time and he was so relaxed, no trembling, no crying, just complete relaxation. There are 70 little heart shaped pieces. I still have more than half the bag and will purchase again when they get a little lower. I have told some of my pet owner friends about them and everyone is happy with them. The price is pretty good also. If the first one wears off and there is still thunder, give another. They are safe and no effects on my guy. My little boy loves them and goes to them when he hears thunder….smart dog.

Not soft at all, did not do anything for my dog
Our 4 year old beagle is a former research animal. He drools and throws up every car trip. Its gotten to the point where I had to get an extra crate for the car so it is easier to clean up. These chews were recommended in a blog and there were many good reviews here. I just don’t get it. They are hard as a rock. I had to break it up for him then hide the bits in cream cheese because he refused to eat it. I waited about 45 minutes and took a short car ride (about 15 minutes). He was still soaked in drool. So the next day I gave him 2 chews since he is a little over 20 pounds, and waited an hour before the car ride. He threw up after 20 minutes. Not sure if I will bother returning, may just give to a friend to try. I am also considering trying one more time with 3 chews since he seems to have a high tolerance for whatever is in these, but I am concerned about overdosing. Rescue Remedy does not work on him at all either.

Between Halloween and Diwali there was lots of fireworks in my neighbourhood. My older Doberman is very fearful/anxious about all the noise but this product really helps to keep him calm. It helps if you can administer them 15 to 20 mins before needed.

I had hoped for some relief for a reactive, scared dog (only of other dogs) but sadly there was little to no difference. We even tried inside when a kitten was coming over. He was super amped and zero effect. He is on the smaller side – about 17 pounds (WFT) and even tried two. I did notice he ran into chairs – as if he were a little whacked out but still reactive.
