It worked great the first time we used it, battery lasted a long time. Then we tried to use on a random day and it won’t connect to the wifi. We also reinstalled the WiFi but still wouldn’t work consistently.

This is a very good product to keep an eye on my fur balls and give them treats while I’m on vacation. Picture quality is good and easy to setup. Also if you have maintenance people in your apartment while away you can watch them as well. Lol one of my cats will just sit in front of it and wait for treats until she figured out how to interaction with and I come home to find the treats are empty out of it. She still loves it.

Great for Ferrets too!
We have ferrets and they love playing with this. They won’t take their treats from the bowl or us anymore, they only want them from this toy.The camera is great in low light areas, and if it gets too dark, we can just turn on night vision. Even when In night vision, pictures taken look normal and like they are in full light.I would do 4.5 stars if I could. Two reasons I docked it: 1. App only lets you pick between dogs and cats, I chose cat just because of their size; 2. my husband’s phone is a little older than mine and he doesn’t have a QR scanner. When he downloaded the app it kept saying he needed to adjust permissions, but all permissions were granted. He had to uninstall and reinstall to get it working.

It’s fun!
I currently have 4 resident dogs and a foster. I own two other Skymee products, a feeder and a treat dispenser. This is the most entertaining product for myself and my pup(s). I wasn’t expecting to be able to control the movements as well as I could. Kind of like a video game in that aspect. I love that I can control it from my phone whether I’m present or away. The video and image capturing is very clear. I did not have any problems connecting this to wifi and the app is very user friendly. Obviously smaller training treats work best as the opening is on the small side. I could see a cat owner really enjoying this as well. It has a cat attachment to catch their attention, like for swatting. I’m a big fan of checking in on my pets throughout the day so this is a great way to interact with them as well as give them treats.

Does not go over carpet
This was okay, it’s a cute idea but my pet was annoyed and unimpressed. It throws out a lot of treats at once so if you feel like having to pick them all up as they are scattered all over your home, you’ll love this thing. They don’t spit out one treat at a time. Returned because didn’t like yet another item on my floor and it would not go over carpet. There’s a teeny tiny plastic “wheel” that will just get buried in any carpet or rug and this will crawl along by an eighth of an inch at a time. Rolls fine on hard surface floor. If your pet really loves this thing, go for it, but I found the 360 degree cubes much more effective. This is more like a fun toy for the humans.

Awesome & Adorable
I love this little robot!! I had the Puffer robot from Linksus but it stopped working so I decided to purchase this little guy. I’m so glad I did! The picture quality is amazing!! I love you can change the speeds for the robot. The only issue I found was after doing the latest IOS update on my IPhone 13 Pro Max I was unable to connect to the robot when I wasn’t home. So I tried uninstalling the Skymee app and reinstalling it and voila it works awesomely now!!!!I highly recommend this little robot camera. My Daschund loves it my Chihuahua is not really a huge fan of it yet but than again he’s afraid of his own shadow lol 😂
