Great customer service
I purchased this toy in January 2025 and my Teddy Bear just loved it. So many hours of entertainment. It recently stopped spinning. I contacted the shipper via email to see if there was a way I could fix it on my own. I had a response within 24 hours … Apologizing for the product failure and asking for the original order number and my delivery address. Within one week I had a replacement FREE OF CHARGE! I won’t hesitate to purchase other products from this vendor.

Great interactive toy for dogs with a high prey drive
My dog (65lbs poodle mix) was unsure and afraid of this the first couple times. It sat for a while and for whatever reason when I got it out months later, he started interacting with it more. Now he LOVES it! He pounces on it and chases it all over the place. The only thing I don’t live is that he’s started shaking it and throwing it. It went flying across the room, thankfully not hitting any people or breakable items, because it’s quite heavy! I relocated it to the basement, but it might need to be an outside toy with supervision!

Great toy for money
My 4.5 almost 5 mo old beagle mix loves it. Battery life is not good. Needs charging at least 2x a day. Rope has already been chewed off and we just got it on Sunday. So that’s the only two drawbacks so far. Suggestion to manufacture is that you make the rope some sort of silicone that they can’t chew through or shred. Stretchy but not so stretchy that it will cause pain when it is released. With the exception of the rope being gone already and short battery life, I’d say this toy will keep my dog busy for hours.

Disabled in 15 minutes
This is meant to be a neutral review. My dog is excellent at destroying things. He disabled this toy in 15 minutes by ripping the top plastic piece off.

FANTASTIC!
I don’t often submit a review but this deserves an exception. I have an incredibly intelligent Border Collie/Aussie with a little Blue Heller (DNA kit). He needs CONSTANT mental or Physical stimulation and it’s not easy. He becomes bored with toys quickly and we have gone through most of the puzzle toys. THIS toy is fantastic! He loves it! The movement and sounds create changing challenges and there are 3 modes to use. The sturdiness is great for his 75lb and the rope withstands lots of good shakes. It even comes with an extra rope! It gives an extra spin to tug or fetch. The cat loves it so it too! It requires charging often (with high use) but charges quickly. Uses a “C” but comes with the cord. Thank you to the genius that designed it! Sharing this to all the many dog lovers I know.

A novelty toy for your dog that’s not worth buying
This dog toy survived less than 1 day of normal play activity by my 37 lb. 10 month old Border Collie. The bottom button/usb charging input cover was easily torn off by my dog – its “hinge” is just a thin strip of rubber or flexible plastic without any reinforcement.The battery quickly discharges and the toy does nothing of interest to a dog after 15-20 minutes (at most) while taking 2+ hours to recharge. The rounded, hardened base under the rubber exterior makes it unusable for other play activities, unless you enjoy throwing rock hard objects around the house. I suggest you just tie some rope around a real rock and save the cost of this purchase.This has the entertainment value of child’s party favor, meaning after an hour or so my dog lost interest in it, like a “one and done” human novelty toy.Not remotely worth the price in my opinion.
