Totally Worth it
I’ve had this self-cleaning litter box for a while now, and I honestly don’t know how I lived without it. It keeps the litter fresh on its own, and I barely ever smell anything anymore. My cat took to it right away, and it’s been working perfectly since day one. The best part is how low maintenance it is. I no longer have to scoop every day, just empty the waste bin when it’s full, and that’s it. Cleanup takes maybe 30 seconds. It also keeps the area so much cleaner and helps with dust. If you’re tired of scooping or dealing with odors, this is 100% worth the money. I highly recommend it to any cat owner who wants something reliable, clean, and super easy. My only regret is not buying it sooner!

Made for Lazy People Like Me
At first, my cats were totally confused by this self-cleaning litter box—they gave it the side-eye for only a few hours. But once they warmed up to it, everything changed. I had to put some of their used litter into it to lure them, and I’m not sure if it would’ve worked if I didn’t put it in the same spot as the old litter box. The moment I got a weigh-in notification on the app and heard it quietly start cleaning a few minutes later, I was ecstatic.The open-top design is great for my cats who don’t like enclosed spaces, and the safety sensors give me peace of mind. Odor control is impressive—I barely notice it’s there. The app is intuitive and lets me track usage, which is super helpful with multiple cats. Plus, the waste bin and included liners make cleanup a breeze.The only thing that gave me an issue was the length of the cord and the fact that their old Litter Box was legitimately bigger than my own toilet so the cramped space is new to them. They are both fat cows and still fit, so the size of your cat unless you have a huge Maine Coon shouldn’t be an issue.If you’re tired of scooping and want a smarter, cleaner solution, this litter box is worth every penny. To be honest, I was getting tired of my dog picking out “treats” whenever she pleased so now I have one less thing to worry about. Just give your cats a little time to adjust.

Great Box — Cats Love It! Just Make Sure the Legs Go in the Right Spot

Assembly was simple, but it *is* very important to put the legs in the correct spots—once that’s done, everything fits perfectly and works exactly as advertised. My cats took to it right away and absolutely love the open-top design. No fear, no hesitation, and the extra space really makes a difference.The cleaning system works smoothly, the waste bin holds a lot, and odors stay under control. I ordered my first Purranty litter box and it works great! My 3 cats took to it right away with no hesitation. Two of my cats are abnormally large, one being a female ragdoll and the other being a tank of a tabby (17lbs). There are a few small quirks, like the weight readings being a bit off, but that’s likely because the unit sits on carpet instead of a hard surface. No biggie — it still detects when a cat is inside just fine.I was so happy with it that I ordered another one for downstairs. I didn’t set it up right away because I needed to add an electrical outlet in the spot I wanted it. When I finally got it installed (about two months after purchase), the setup was easy — but soon after, the drum started to shake violently when it tried to turn.I contacted customer service, thinking I might just need a repair or replacement part since it had been so long since purchase. They were absolutely wonderful! They guided me through troubleshooting steps and reassured me the entire time not to worry — that they’d either fix it or replace it. After a few back-and-forth emails, they decided to send me a brand-new unit, which arrived quickly and works perfectly.The new one runs just like my first one, and I’ve had zero issues since. I’m truly floored by Purranty’s product support and customer care. On those merits alone, I’ll be a customer for life.I even put a regular litter box next to the Purranty just in case my cats preferred it, but nope — they only use the Purranty. I think they really appreciate having a clean litter box every time and I appreciate not having to clean the box every day. Highly recommend this product and company!Just to compare, I purchased the Litter Robot a few years ago. After 1 1/2 years it stopped working. When it did work, I also felt enclosed litter area was a little snug around my bigger cats. I wondered if they touched the sides, which is pretty gross if you know how the Litter Robot 3 works. I really like the open top of Purranty and I like that the cost is far less than the Litter Robot.
