Great dog harness – can be worn with jacket! Highly recommend!
We were so happy to finally find a quality dog jacket that could be worn together with a harness. The jacket and the mesh harness – both from ThinkPet – are just perfect. They are both very well made – the jacket is large enough to cover our dog fully with room to be comfortable. The velcro makes the fit adjustable which is great. The jacket has an opening along the back with a dual zipper so you can easily reach in and pull out the harness attachment so you can clip on a leash easily. The harness is also very well made – LOVE the mesh fabric so it is breathable! We are so thrilled with both of these items. Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best fit for my pets. I have 5 of these in different colors. Light weight but doesn’t pull with this harness

Very good but does need to be re-tightened regularly
Using the “Small” size with my Chihuahua puppy, she’s about 8 or 10 pounds. This size works well as long as I adjust it to the smallest diameter for both chest and neck.One thing I have noticed is that after maybe a week of walking her, the fit needs to be readjusted. The adjustable straps will loosen over time, and the fit will become too loose. I found this out when my dog slipped out after I had the harness for about a week or two. I was surprised that she got out, as I thought the harness was very secure, but when I examined it I found that the harness was much looser than I had originally adjusted it. So keep any eye on it! I have to re-tighten mine about every week or so (we go for a 45 min to 1 hour walk almost every night).I ended up putting safety pins on the adjustable straps to keep them from working loose.Other than this issue, I find that the harness is comfortable, sturdy and good value for money. I did buy a second one when she chewed up the first!

Sizing Substantially Inconsistent
If you get the right size, this is a good product. But sizing is inconsistent–we’re talking inches inconsistent. I can forgive size varying between styles. But not size medium varying by inches in the same style (yes, I measured my dog, too, and I bought the size indicated). I like the two harnesses we have that fit. I would have loved to give five stars based on those. But I come to Amazon for convcenience. Instead, I need to do a return not becuase I made a mistake, but because the company can’t produce consistent sizing (which is simply bizarre if the harnesses are cut from a pattern).

Escape proof for Houdini dog!
We live in predator country. I mean big predators such as bear, cougar, coyote. The previous harness was allowing Tater, a Havanese, to periodically escape. A few times, he would wiggle out while we were still doing evening chores. This is the most dangerous time as predators come out about dusk. Tater is young and still learning commands such as ‘Come here’; we live on a farm in the mountains of northern Washington state. After his third escape, I decided it was time for a new harness. Tater has been wearing this harness for a couple of months without a single escape. It is Houdini proof! It is fully adjustable both in the neck and chest, so it will grow with him. It is soft and does not irritate his delicate skin or mat his coat. It does slip over the head, which going on is not much of a problem, but removal is a little tricky as it can become snug around the throat. It does adjust, so before removing, it can be lengthened alleviating the feeling of being choked, although it doesn’t really choke, but gives the dog that impression. This harness is quite secure and even though Tater is little, he can pull quite hard but this harness securely holds onto its small charge. If you have a Houdini dog, this harness is for your furkid!

Vorweg: ich hab keinen Problemhund, der zieht oder ähnliches. Er hat das Geschirr auch nicht 24/7 getragen.Ich hatte das Geschirr jetzt ca. 5 Jahre im Einsatz. Wie oben erwähnt. Es ist sehr leicht und war des öfteren in der Waschmaschine. Top. Das Material ist meiner Meinung nach hochwertig und super verarbeitet.Das ist der Grund warum ich mich jetzt dazu entschlossen habe das gleiche Geschirr wieder zu kaufen. Der Grund für die Neuanschaffung war einzig und allein, das sich das Reflektorband (als Einfassband angebracht) jetzt langsam anfing abzulösen, was es nach dieser Zeit meiner Meinung nach auch darf.Natürlich ist das Gurtband nicht mehr so strahlend neongelb wie zu Anfang und etwas zerfranst am Rand, aber auch das ist in meinen Augen nach 5 Jahren absolut nachvollziehbar.Die Farbe ist bei meinem schwarzen Hund absolut klasse und auffällig.Das Bild zeigt die störkste Abnutzung an der Leinenbefestigung.Wie erwähnt ist mein Hund eher gemütlich, hat es sich meist Problemlos anziehen lassen und schien sich damit wohlzufühlen (auch im Sommer).Ich hoffe sehr das mein Wauzi länger lebt als das neue Geschirr, aber da er schon 8 ist hab ich leise Zweifel – vorausgesetzt die Qualität ist gleich geblieben.Langer Rede kurzer Sinn:Absolute Kaufempfehlung meinerseits!!PS: Mein Hund ist eine kniehohe Promenadenmischung mir round about 20 kg, er trug bisher das L-Geschirr, das beim Bauchgurt auf Anschlag war. Datum hab ich ihm jetzt XL geholt und das passt super.

Da mein kleiner Stubentiger leider an altersbedingter Diabetes erkrankt ist nehmen wir sie ab jetzt mit in den Urlaub. Da wir auf unserem Boot sein werden benötigen wir eine Möglichkeit die Katze zu sichern. Dieses Brustgeschirr kombiniert die Vorteile einer kleinen Weste um die Brust und die Freiheit für die Schulterblätter eines Riemen Geschirrs. Da meine Süße 14 Jahre nie etwas in die Richtung getragen hat, war ich zuerst skeptisch, ob sie sich mit einem Geschirr normal bewegen kann. Am Anfang hat sie versucht rauszuschlüpfen, was ihr nicht gelungen ist. Wir haben jetzt eine Woche Eingewöhnungsphase hinter uns und nach anfänglichen Problemchen weil es halt doch ungewohnt war so etwas zu tragen, kann sie inzwischen den ganzen Tag damit rumlaufen, schlafen, klettern und springen wie sonst. Super ist auch die genaue Anpassung an die Katze, da beide Halsriemen und auch der Brustgurt eingestellt werden kann. Es ist aus einem Netzmaterial und somit auch atmungsaktiv und ich als Katzenmama bin auch von der Optik und den leuchtenden Farben angetan. Sie sieht einfach Zucker süß aus, sowohl in blau als auch in grün. Auch eine Handwäsche ist kein Problem. Meiner Tigerin passt bei 4,2 kg xs perfekt. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und ich habe keine Angst, dass sie ins Wasser fällt.
