Training Pads are ideal for puppies and dogs that stay indoors for long periods of time. What you should do; Unfold the training pad and place it in a confined area. (Blue plastic side down). It is important to place your puppy or dog on the training pad several times a day in order to get him used it. on the average, a puppy must relieve himself every few hours, based on his age (a 2 month old puppy every 2 hours, a 3 month old every hours etc). If your pet relieves himself somewhere other than the designated spot where the pad is placed, bring him back to the correct spot immediately. Keep in mind that your pet will have to relive himself shortly after a meal and will need to eliminate more frequently during the summer when his water intake is higher. The minute your dog begins to relieve himself on the pad, be sure to use cures like “go potty”. You should use this cue every time that your dog relives himself on the pad so that he associates the phrase with the action of elimination. Every time that your pet used the pad successfully, make sure that you give him a treat and lots of praise. Treating helps your dog to understand that he is doing what you want him to do. Always remember to dispose of soiled pads and replace them as needed. When your pet begins to relieve himself on the pads, on consistent basic, it is time to begin moving the pad closer to the door. Keep moving the pads closer to the door until they are actually outside. At this time, the training process will be complete.

These are Amazing Pads at an Amazing Price and Saved My Kitty!
I bought these disposable pads for my geriatric cat who just turned 21 and has pain in her joints so has a hard time getting off my bed to use her litter box. After a couple of unfortunate accidents on my bed I came up with the idea of putting disposable puppy pads on the corner of my bed. I also have a larger washable pad underneath just in case she misses or these leak but so far they haven’t leaked at all so this has worked out very well. The idea of making part of my bed her litter box wasn’t ideal but when she started peeing on my bed my only other option was to have her euthanized, which I wasn’t prepared to do, so I had to figure out a creative solution, and this has worked out better than I expected. These pads are super absorbent so seconds after she pees it has been absorbed, and after a few minutes, it’s absorbed so deeply you can’t smell urine at all, which was my biggest concern, so in some ways it is actually better than a litterbox. The pads don’t smell in the trash either, even after a couple of days, once these pads absorb the urine the odor is completely neutralized. These pads are truly amazing and you can’t beat the price. I bought some pads at a local Petco first and a package of 40-pack of 24×24 inch pads cost me $35, and this would have made using these pads cost prohibitive for me, so finding a 150-pack of 22×22 inch pads for $23 was amazing. The slightly smaller dimension didn’t matter at all and I think the quality is better than the pads I got at Petco too. The Petco pads didn’t neutralize the odor of the urine as completely as these do. I have migraines so I am very sensitive to smell and you literally cannot smell any urine at all once these pads have absorbed it, and it only takes a matter a minutes for the urine to be completely absorbed.I’m so grateful since I’ve always been able to allow my pet babies to die in peace at home, and Hemma’s been my best friend for twenty one years, so I couldn’t bear the thought of euthanizing her, and now I don’t have to!

Great Puppy Pads! Great Price!!!
Very Happy with Purchase! The prices on Puppy Pads seems to have gone up in the last few months. I had the challenge of finding a new brand that had the quality, quantity & cost that I prefer. I’m very happy with this choice. These pads are very thin, but still absorbent & they do not leak. I actually prefer these thinner pads as they travel a lot easier. They take up less space when you pack of few of them in a bag, car door pocket, or pouch on side of pet carrier, ect. I have these things stashed everywhere. Not to mention they make great disposable front door matts. Great for absorbing mud off the bottoms of boots.I’ve also found with these pads that when my Chihuahua piddles on the very edge of the corner, like she always does. That the urine does not leak onto the underside of the pad & create a Slip’n’Slide on the floor. Many a times have I walked across the pads & almost ate sh*t cause my feet slid out from underneath me! Don’t have to worry about that anymore!!!

puppy pads that work for parents & cats
My mom is a dog lover, so when she became bedridden and needed to use a home based PureWick with Depends instead of going to the bathroom overnight (and some days), I worried about leakage… and remembered puppy pads. There were only a few times that she saturated the Depends so much there was leakage, but just once could have ruined her expensive foam TempurPedic mattress topper. I have also put them over the foam seat in my mom’s wheelchair. These puppy pads are flexible and protective – affordable peace of mind. The fresh scent when I first opened the box was strong, but it has faded so it no longer is noticeable, which I prefer. They do measure these to the outer edge, which is past the white absorbent area, so be sure to order bigger than you think you want to be sure you get the absorbent size you want. I learned this when I was also getting these puppy pads for our elderly cat that started to miss the litter pan so I wrapped the puppy pads around a litter mat to hold the puppy pad in place.

These puppy pads are basic but are quite good!No leaks and a generous size.150 in a box so perfect for my Mal shi as we continue to train him so we use a lot.No scent detectable but would buy these again as they are good value.

These pads are thinner than the other ones that I’ve used. I’ve tested it with water and the top stays wet compared to the other ones that I’ve tried before which can be completely dry. The fragrant of the pads are too strong. Not sure if it’s healthy for dogs when they sniff it. The sides are quite frail and water would run off to the side (white to blue). I don’t think I will order this again.

I don’t get the bad reviews either. these are of the same quality if not better than most expensive brand I ever got, maybe the supplier changes brands now and then, or maybe there’s this magic super diaper brand I never heard of out there? because the stuff I read makes no sense to me,Here’s a tip to the people who complain about doggy pee print. I got that with every brand I tried. your dog needs a good area to do his business, especially if you want it to do both “business”. Mine has a 2×2 setup. and you should alway keep a bucket and mop next to the setup. this is the price to pay for your dog not having to depend on you for it’s business.I’m going to re-buy this on a regular basis. I hope the price stays that way!

He probado una gran cantidad de pañales para mis mascotas y éstos son los que mejor desempeño han tenido, tanto en cantidad de líquido que soportan y la disminución importante del mal olor. Costo-beneficio desde mi punto de vista resultan la mejor opción

These pads aren’t the worst that we’ve tried, but they are definitely nowhere near as good as the ones we are using now (from Petsmart, Top Paw brand, which are by far the best we’ve used to date). We’ve had really awful pads where the top layer rips and the gelled-up goop ends up between my dog’s toe pads (and dogs get pretty sick from it if they try to clean it by licking that stuff up!). Thankfully, these do not do that. However, they absorb next to nothing before needing to be replaced. My dog uses pads daily, and with the Top Paw, we usually change the pad every 2-3 days (small dog, 13lbs). With these ones, we absolutely have to change them every day. Sometimes I’m tempted to change it after just a half day. If we don’t, his urine just sits in a puddle on top of the pad because it simply does not absorb much. I’ve had to throw a wad of toilet paper onto the puddle just so it doesn’t get everywhere when I attempt to remove the pad from its holder. These seem a good price at first glance (Approximately $30 when compared to the Top Paw which is around $70, same number of pads), but considering we go through them much much quicker than our other ones, these ended up not being a good price at all. We will not be repurchasing these.
