Perfect for multi cat home!
Absolute game changer for multi-cat household! I had five rescues at all different ages, having pee wars all over my house. We were at our wits end when my daughter suggested we try this to see if it would help. We’ve already had several litter boxes in different places, and even tried the pellet one with pads underneath to absorb urine. Nothing worked. We cleaned and sanitized daily.Within 24 hours of this being in my house, it all stopped! I’m using the clay type clumping litter. 10 minutes is not long enough for urine to congeal enough. We have the timer set at the default now; which is 30 minutes. So it’ll clean 30 minutes after the cat leaves.The app is a very nice add-on. You can see a history of the weights of each cat using the box and how long they were in there.The one issue I have is that the weight is only available is kg. I’m a person who prefers pounds/ounces in weight measurement, so this aspect really sucks in my opinion. If there is a way to change that, I’d love to know! Otherwise this is a dream, and for less than $200 it’s worth every penny in time, cleaning agents, paper towels etc. I just change out the bag of litter when it’s full and move on.This is presently in our master bedroom and there is no detectable odor! No cat is spraying either. I think ‘not’ having another cats per smell in the box helps them not be defensive and they feel safer now-with less anxiety. Being rescues means each cat has their own story and issues; including fears. This helps them feel more safety and security. Highly recommend and hope they find a fix for the weight measurement issue 😉

Beautiful, practical and smart, at great value for money.
This automatic cat litter machine is arguably the best investment I’ve made since getting a cat! Installation is surprisingly easy, even one person can do it. Operation is also very intuitive, controlled via a mobile app, allowing you to check your cat’s usage history and weight changes at any time. It’s a truly technological experience. The cleaning function is incredibly intelligent, cleaning the machine at the scheduled time every time after my cat is finished. It’s virtually odorless and operates very quietly. The sensor is incredibly sensitive, automatically stopping when a cat approaches, giving you a complete sense of security. Its large capacity means I can use it for days without worrying about it. The overall build quality is sturdy, lightweight, and beautiful. My cat was a little curious at first, but now he’s completely comfortable with it and often uses it to lie down on his own. I think it’s truly improved both my cat’s and my quality of life, and we’re both very satisfied. It’s truly excellent value for money!

Damaged/DOES NOT WORK/ HORRIBLE Customer Service
I was so excited for this but it’s literally horrible. We can start with the lid that doesn’t actually go on correctly unless you pull the front piece to fit at the cat’s entrance. Then you can move to the fact that the bin actually moves itself completely off the track and ends up stuck just trying to continue the actual clean which makes it useless bc you have to physically fix it every time; which negates the entire purpose and function of it. It doesn’t work. You can then move on to the fact that IF it manages to finish said cleaning or reset cycle it “pauses” MULTIPLE times and just freezes there and then doesn’t level out which leave the cat litter piled on one side. Plus the fact that there are actual gaps in the cylinder it’s which will allow the litter (and most likely feces) to get trapped. It also seems to INCREASE the smell not decrease it. And best of all; when you call the customer service number it literally rings 4-5 times and then disconnects (I’ve attempted over 20 times and have been disconnected within 15 seconds). DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.**NOTE: I took the lid off to show what the bin/barrel is actually doing. Unfortunately I can only upload one video but I have PLENTY of videos on what it is doing.

Clean and simple, no mess.
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! Simple and easy to clean and refill. Litter box is large, it can capture a LOT!! Cleaning can be done every other week or even monthly for one cat. And there is no over flowing or spills!! This is that game changer. Watch the video, a child can do this box.My other automatic cat toilet was a Famistar Automatic Cat Litter Box. The side opened and that’s where you placed the bag. It is HORRIBLE!! Not only did it leave extra litter on the door, it was full within a week (by 1 cat). I was gone for 2 weeks, the bag was completely full, the inside was nasty & dirty, and when I took off the over filled bag, there was poop & litter al over. Needless to say, I went for a new box and found the perfect one.

Works great for my cats! The self-cleaning function saves me time and keeps the box fresh. It’s large enough for my 3 Mainecoon cats and runs quietly. Setup was easy, and the odor control is much better than a regular litter box. Definitely worth the investment!

Many parts to clean and very difficult to clean. It does not smell clean at all and the biological waste is smeared from bottom to top and gets all over the cat.This is your fair warning Do Not buy this product if you want a cleaner cat box use the simple scoop it out your self style because this one is complicated and disappointing. It does not save time or money and does not eliminate the smell it absolutely makes it worse
