Fun to use and works as expected!
Here’s my honest review:I love my Dokoo new Dog Camera, especially when throwing treats!What I like:- You can choose between SD and HD streaming, and it has very good quality even in dark light (night mode) situations.- Treat dispenser doesn’t get stuck yet!- It records and saves small videos to check out later.- It has double way communication!Things to improve:- The speaker’s volume may be low in some circumstances.- The mic sensitivity is enough for barks, but it lacks clarity for voice.Things that may happened only to me:- Wi-Fi communication sometimes gets delayed and lost signal.- Google Store doesn’t offer the App outside certain regions, Apple Store is fine.

Terrible setup
Ended up returning this. From day one when I downloaded the app and was trying to setup an account I kept getting an error message “network connection unavailable please check network settings” got in touch with our internet provider did all the things and nothing. (Also tried to setup app at my dads house – completely different internet network got the same response) TRIED getting in contact with Dokoo support only option was email and was basically no help after majorly delayed response times. Had high hopes for this but was majorly disappointed

wonderful device for pets
purchased this device for near a month now. very happy to have it. i work long hours during the week daysmy dog has to be at home the whole day. with this device i can interact with her. it has 360 degree camera i can see her, feet her, i even able to talk to her through the app. so my dog wont feel lonely anymore when im awayvery happy for this purchasehighly recommend this device

Works ok
I think it needs a better resolution camera but works as intended. The food dispenser does not always function and treats tend to bunch up and just drop out. I have used a Furbo before and is much better and the application is also much better. But Furbo subscription is expensive. This has no subscription which is nice.

Well packaged. Easy to set up, after installing the app you need to point the bar code from within the app to the camera. Looks beautiful, my dogs love it as you can see , she is waiting for her treats. I can watch them from anywhere . Is funny, i love it too.

Love it, but having issues
Received this as a gift for Mother’s Day 2023. We absolutely love this for checking on our dog. It tends to lose connection and we have to reset frequently. Now it won’t reset at all. Emailed and have not received a response yet. So hoping to have an answer by the end of weekend. Love it, but very frustrated right now.

Unlimited Troubleshooting and Waste of Time
I troubleshot for days. We got a new internet router, made a separate 2.4Ghz network on both the original and new router. Did all troubleshooting with the product until we returned it and got another assuming it was stuck in a reboot loop or firmware glitch. Still had the same issues and could never manually or automatically connect. This was not worth a penny and so much wasted time. We got another non subscription rotating treat dispensing camera for $70 (on sale normally $99 amazon) that worked like a charm from the minute we plugged it in.

I should have read the description better. It is larger than the space I had for it/the installation was somewhat complicated/the treat dispenser failed to “spit” the treat out so they merely fell on the shelf top
