Great ball launcher!
My goldendoodle loves the ball launcher. I haven’t seen him move out so quickly or been this excited in a long time. Product is exactly how described. Would definitely recommend.

I really like this product. It works as it should and is fairly quiet. Now if I can get my puppy to pick the ball up and bring it back as he does when i throw it this product will be a very great gift.

Nice ball launcher, but there are some flaws you need to be aware of
Although it’s not designed for the owner to feed the balls into the launcher, it takes time to teach your dog to feed the balls into the launcher and its easy to drop the balls right into the launcher. I always dread throwing the balls to fetch because it wears down the shoulder joint from the constant movement. I’m using the included 2″ tennis balls that were included (2 sets of 3 balls each). The balls are much lighter than tennis balls you see on the tennis courts and here’s why… the launcher is designed throw the balls for great distances, but ONLY if the balls being thrown are LIGHT. I tried using a ChuckIt balls 2″ and it kept tossing the balls a few inches out the hole and sometimes it wouldn’t being come out and get stuck. If you’re looking for other balls to launch out from the launcher, they have to be LIGHT. One other downside is that the launcher uses a rechargeable battery that is not replaceable, so all you can do is plug the launcher using the USB port, so far I haven’t had to charge it yet.UPDATE: I’ve been feeding the balls into the launcher for my dog and I’ve noticed another flaw… as the balls are picked up from my dog and it gets WET from dog slobber, the launcher’s mechanism is less efficient at launching the ball… instead of throwing it 10 feet, it drops down to 8 feet, then 6 feet and sometimes 3 feet. So I set the launcher to highest setting and it throws it at the 10 feet distance at the maximum setting. It takes about 10 mins for the launcher’s mechanism to be less efficient. Once the balls are left out to DRY, the launcher is back to its normal operation until it gets WET once again.

Dogs Will Love It!
My dogs love this thing. When we turn it on they chase the ball that’s ejected, bring it back to go again. This goes on until the darn thing is about to die and that takes a bit to happen.Just wish I could get them to learn how to drop the ball in the top so I wouldn’t have to keep loading it. 🙂

Poor Quality Device Stopped Working
USB-C port only lasted 2 weeks before becoming so loose the cable doesn’t stay in anymore. After only a year of somewhat frequent use, the entire device stopped working. It just wouldn’t turn on one day despite being just recently charged. Battery life while it still worked was okay. Some brands of mini dog toy tennis balls were slightly too big for the launch mechanism so the ball would get stuck, stalling the motors, and the device had no shut-off protection for when that would happen. Overall build quality not worth the price.

Dog not a fan of the sound
My dog didn’t like the sound of it reaving up to throw. However, it did throw a good distance. Good for use outside more than inside. Wireless and portable!!

I love it and my dog loves it!!
This is a wonderful and fun thing to have if you have a ball loving/fetching dog. My dog loves this. I keep it stored away otherwise he’d expect to play all the time. When I take it out of the closet he goes nuts!! He’s so excited. He knows the sound the machine makes just before launching the ball and he gets himself into the cutest little “ready stance”. He stands directly in front of the machine when I put the ball in and then, with tiny steps, backs up… as soon as the machine makes the sound before launching he gets into the bow position and then off he goes when the ball flies out. He could go on for hours playing ball with this machine. The only problem, as much as I would like to, is I can’t play for hours on end. I’ve seen where some dogs will put the ball into the machine themselves. My training technique is limited and I have not been successful in training him to put the ball in the machine himself. That’s Ok because I like sharing our fun time together. I would recommend this toy for any dog who loves to fetch!!

NVM, it died!
Update: it lasted just under 3 months. I have tried everything to get this thing working again but it barely launches now. On any setting it only shoots about 2 feet. It sounds fine, turns on fine, fully charged but just doesn’t shoot. We tried different balls and cleaning the shoot but nothing helps. It didn’t happen overnight. I noticed it slowly started shooting shorter and shorter over 2 weeks. For the price I thought we’d get more than 3 months out of this thing! Super disappointed and so is my girl! Not worth every penny!Old review: Since we got this my dog has played with it almost every day. We wake up and she runs to it before she even eats breakfast. This thing launches!! This has been perfect for when I’m on meetings and my high energy girl wants to play. I set it up upstairs and put her doggy cam on so I can watch her and she keeps herself busy. Love that it’s so lightweight too, we move it all over the house and have used it in the yard too. Worth every penny!

Buen diseño, aun que siento que no tiene mucha diferencia entre las opciones de distancia.Las Pelotas son pequeñas, justo para la talla de un Chihuahua y perritos medianos, aun que no son resistentes ya qué después de morder tanto se comienzan a romper.Pero es muy buena opción para entrener a los perros.
