We haven’t tried the foldable feature of the kennel, we like having it set up all the time as furniture. It is a sturdy crate, we love the vertical slats so our dog can’t scratch at it too much. The swivel part for the bowls works very nicely to give our dog a refill on water or food without him thinking he is being let out. He’s smart enough to stand back and let us swivel the bowls back.The only reason I dock one star is that the floor where your dog would stand on is also those wooden slats. Our dog is smaller and is only a year and a half old, his little paws want to go in between them when he steps. We put a heavier mat down for him so his paws don’t get caught. It seems like that could have been avoided, but maybe a mat is the only solution because of the foldability of the kennel. Other than that, I’m confident this kennel will last us a very long time.

Buy It! Zero Assembly Required!
I LOVE THIS CRATE! Zero assembly required. It arrived completely put together. I raise puppies and I will be ordering more of these crates. The crate is an excellent price point as well! The crate has a strong pine smell. I like the smell although it may be too strong for some. Definitely purchase this crate! Also, for those of you who say your pup esapes, mine did also and my husband showed me that the latch locks. Close the latch like normal then push it back. It locks it and your pup can not escape. It totally works. Also, this crate is not damage proof. Pup chews the inside side wood walls. They petrude a little and pup found them. Not terrible though.

Not worth the Cost–Actual overall all rating on this one is zero stars for me
Purchased two of these for my 10 week old fur babies. Ordered them Sun. Sept. 1 delivered to my home afternoon Wed. Sept 4th. Very easy to set up. Very upset of the poor quality of them. Lid on one would not latch due to poor alignment, side panels not glued properly so if pup pushed on front panel the wood would slide out of notch on the folding panel. On both of them- the door latches would not stay hooked. The pups would open with their tongue. Wood poor quality and easily damageable like pressboard. Requested return Sat. Sept. 7th. after only 2 days use. The total cost for them $236.78 plus $60.00 shipping fee. Received a message through Amazon from seller AI PETS stating valued customer, and your satisfaction is essential to them. Is that OK I apply to manager to provide you a partial refund of $15. then I keep it the product. Return label requires the 2 in one box Postage required and ship to fuzhou fujian 350015t

It’s acutely bigger than I thought we have a frenchie puppy and this will be perfect for her and she still has room to grow in. I love the tray feature you can put inside. Although in the pictures the bottom in the inside of the crate it appears to be metal but it’s actually wooden like the rest of the creat. Plus it’s foldable. And opens like a chest on top. And is ready to use no assembly required.
