Miniature Schnauzer Approved
My 14-year-old Miniature Schnauzer was recently switched to this formula from his dry Science Diet due to dental problems. He loves it and goes crazy when he sees me opening the can. If using a normal food bowl expect it to be messy and for it to take your dog depending on size a good while to finish it. I ordered an angled elevated bowl that wasn’t expensive and it has made it much easier for him to eat and finish the food. It was an easy transition he had no stomach issues when switching. The price is rather high but nothing is too good for my fur buddy.

Mixed Feelings
I’m a big fan of Hill’s Science Diet, but a lot of these cans are dented, and since they sit in cardboard, tightly fitted together and covered in plastic, I don’t think the dents were done in shipping – they were sent that way. Some quality control needs to happen.

Great stuff, we got this for our boy yorkie …
Great stuff, we got this for our boy yorkie who is around 7 now and weight about 6 lbs. He’s lost a lot of teeth like yorkies tend to do so hard food has become a challenge and so we opted to try this out per out vet. He seems to have a lot more energy now and loves the food.

Made My Senior Dog VERY SICK
We’ve ordered this twice and there were no problems. Ruby enjoyed her special food and all was fine. The last order coincided with her getting bloody stool and not eating. She refused to eat this food and we thought it was her just refusing to eat, until we gave her a choice between the Science Diet and another we bought at the store. She would not touch the science diet. Once we switched foods (and took her to the vet for some puppy pepto and other meds) she’s doing just fine. I would like to be refunded for the cost of the food as well as the $300 vet bill. Just to note: I took great pains to make sure i purchased this food from the manufacturer (and not an amazon reseller).

If you are concerned about the ingredients, the hills website has all the information.I have been buying this for my dog to mix with her prescription dry hills food. She loves it and the vet recommended it.Price has more than doubled in the 2 weeks since I purchased, I had subscribed but have since cancelled it.

The food was expired. I was too late to return the dog food since I never opened it up until yesterday June 28th.

Something very odd about these cans…. No “Ingredients” listed anywhere on the can. Nothing on the inside of the label or the outside of the label. Nothing on the box. Although the ingredients are listed in the posting, it’s pretty meaningless if it’s not on the actual can. Would never feed the dogs anything without knowing what they are getting, even if they are rescue dogs. No wonder they were sale priced so low.
