I gave a couple of these wands to my cats for play, and they love them. The feathers and embellishments are securely attached, even for the feistiest of kitties.I used a the feathers from couple of the wands in a mosaic cat masquerade masque I made, which I thought were the perfect touches to it.

The cats seem initially interested in playing with these wands, but now never want to play with them because the wands are too short for adult play. Might work for kittens, but it’s impossible to get full play distance with these shorter sticks. We will probably donate to our local cat charity.

These are pretty good. I purchased these to replace the one I got for my cat at the chain pet store that he wore out because it was his favorite. I would say these were smaller than I expected. They are more kitten size or small cat size than full grown cat size. However, my cat is on the larger side. I do like the value of the 6 pack and when I purchased I did so with the intention to have backups of his favorite. Ultimately I suppose I would probably prefer to pay the same for one larger wand than get six mini wands though. I think the smaller wands kind of just stick straight up, where as the little mesh baubles and pompoms on the larger size tend to wiggle around more and entice the cat better.

My cat loves these cat teaser wands. The strings and feathers are very securely attached and don’t come off easily.

My feather obsessed kitten Loves these, his brother likes licking them to death, thankfully the feathers come back after they dry. Ziggie rates these at a 10.

My cat can’t get enough
This type of toys is my cat’s favorite, and she just can’t get enough. The toy is sturdy and flexible, and the feathers stay on for.. a while, even with my cat’s vicious hunting.

Potentially Dangerous
Kittens are very interested in these, however, I would not recommend leaving them out. The little puff balls on the ends are easily chewed off and could be swallowed. Also, one of my kittens chewed off the plastic (not sure material) string part and swallowed it. He threw it up, but now I’m worried part of it might still be in his stomach. If you buy these, keep them in a drawer or somewhere your cats can’t get to them, because they are not durable and could cause problems if swallowed.
