Works Amazing & Makes Life So Much Easier!
I’m honestly so glad I got this upgraded L1 litter box. It has made cleaning up after my cats so much easier. The open-top design is great because my cats don’t feel trapped, and the self-cleaning feature works perfectly every time. I love that it has all those safety sensors too gives me peace of mind knowing it won’t run while my cats are near it.The waste bin holds a lot, and the included trash bags were a nice bonus. Maintenance is super simple, which is exactly what I needed. My house definitely smells fresher now, and my cats adjusted to it right away.If you’re tired of scooping or dealing with mess, this is honestly worth every penny!

Better informational manual and an 800 number would have been appreciated
It sure would’ve been helpful to watch a video of how this works. I downloaded the manual, but it needs work. There’s no 800 number to call that would’ve been helpful. The unit seems to work just fine. The controls and the reset panel are very awkward to get to. I have two indoor cats that weigh 12 pounds each. They are using this and I had no idea until I opened the drawer where the soiled litter is deposited. An additional partial panel with a screen was closed with no explanation of what it was for.

I got this automatic cleaning litter box as a birthday gift for my mom who has two cats, and she’s been loving it. She loves the convenience of no longer having to scoop a litter box. It’s easy to clean out, and you can’t tell there’s a litter box in the house because there’s no smell. This is a great gift to anyone that has cats!

The quality of the automatic self-cleaning litter box is appreciated with its overall sturdiness and engineering. I have two ragdoll cats, one who is 7 years old, extremely picky and wants the area to be clean clean clean or she will find a place to leave her presents. I also have a 6 month old kitten who is happy anywhere anyplace and will mix everything up. This specific litter box pleases both cats and allows cleanliness for one and a great open space for the kitten to dig and hide presents before it is rolled to the bottom of the bin. The box is very large and its functionality is extremely quiet and smooth. There is no odor. The company shipped this in days and I received it a week before it was expected. They responded immediately to my questions and have followed up with me on the warranty. Excellent product backed by a responsible company.

Absolutely the BEST automatic litter box! Has eliminated odors, our cat loves it. Uses less litter and stays clean! Well worth it. I would not recommend for large breed cats they can’t scratch around in it like other boxes. For older cats get step ramp as the unit is fairly tall.

Bought Again Because It Works Well
I have purchased two of this litter box before, and recently bought another one.This one is under a new company name, but I do feel there are some small improvements.The opening at the bottom where the litter drops is slightly bigger, which makes cleaning easier, and the drawer is a little larger as well. I’m currently letting my cats try this one out.Overall, I really like this litter box. It’s very easy to use, works well, and the price is very affordable. That’s why I decided to buy it again.
