Hurt my dog
It does throw the ball really far, but if your dog stands in front of it, there’s nothing to stop the ball from hitting your dog in the face. So I returned it for that reason.

So far so good! Only on day 2 of using this but my dog loves it. It’s super easy to set up and use. I had one once before and the distance was way too short for him. This one throws the ball really far which is perfect.

As soon as they do a quick fix on their product then it will be a fantastic productGet rid of that half crescent actuating wheel add another battery and with a little bit of rewiring, if if there’s a charge for the extra battery so be it just put the battery in and a little rewiring I’d like the same one back thank you. As of right now I cannot give it a star rating because as of right now it’s a big zero do the quick fix and then the rating is going to go through the roof you won’t have enough Stars and badger thanks you

Fun and Entertaining Ball Launcher!
My female Yorkie LOVES to play ball, so I was excited to get this—and it hasn’t disappointed! I take it with us to the dog park, and she’s in ball heaven every time. I love that it has three different distance settings that can be changed with just the push of a button. It’s great that it comes with six balls, too. Other doggies at the park even join in on the fun! This has been such a hit and keeps playtime exciting.

Awesome Launcher – But Be Careful, It Shoots Far!
This dog ball launcher is fantastic and keeps my pup entertained for hours! The distance settings are easy to use, and I love that you can switch between 8 to 24 meters, or use the random mode for surprise throws. The included balls are soft but durable, perfect for my medium-sized dog.One heads-up — it definitely launches farther than I expected! I had it set on the shortest distance and still lost a ball in the bushes, so make sure you’re using it in a wide open space.The remote control is super handy, and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time. Great quality, super fun, and an excellent way to keep your dog active!

My lab loves the ball launcher except the balls need a push to go into the launcher. My lab is 6 months so I want to return/ replace it. Would love reviews if there is better launcher or is mine just faulty??

I’m actually fairly impressed with this launcher. I was a little concerned going in as generally these types of devices don’t always have the best reviews. This one is pretty decent though. The firing range mentioned in the description is pretty accurate. I found that I was able to use the first setting indoors without any issue as I have a bit of a hallway that’s 25-30 feet long. Anything more than that is a bit too much for indoors. Outside in my yard I’m able to use up to the 2nd distance level while keeping the ball in my yard. The max setting is pretty powerful though with enough height to almost clear my house.It does make a bit of a loud bang when launching the ball which startles my dog when she’s close but at a distance she seems to be ok with it. It took her a while to get used to the idea of the machine at the start – after seeing it fire the first time she was a bit scare to even approach it. But after time she got a little better about it though she’s not yet to the point where she’ll bring the ball back and drop it in herself. I suspect more training would be required for her to learn this.If nothing else, it makes throwing the ball easier and more consistent which is an overall win.Battery life seems to be pretty good as well, we’ve probably only used it a couple of hours total run time but we haven’t needed to charge the battery yet.One thing that isn’t great is that you pretty much have to use their specific balls for it to work optimally. I tried using a couple other balls I had that were similar size and it didn’t really work too well. Either the balls didn’t launch at all or they barely came out. I’m sure it’s possible to find some that will work well with this but it seems it’s not overly forgiving on the type of ball that you can use – you have to specifically use 2.5″ ETPU Balls which aren’t exactly as readily available as a standard tennis ball.

This is an amazing machine for tiring out our Labrador Retriever. She will play fetch for hours if she were allowed. This machine means I can multi-task instead of being ball trapped with her. She drops it into the hole at the top all by herself, it winds up for a moment, then launches. She has a lot of drool, so I do wipe it down after each use.
