stopped providing heat in less than 6 months BUT replaced
The switch continues to show light so it took a while for me to realize that there was no longer heat coming from the pad itself. Otherwise, the product seemed solid – sturdy cord, removable, washable cover with a zipper. Really disappointing. And the manufacturer isn’t trackable to request a replacement or refund.Updated: change from 2 to 4 stars because of customer service level. I was able to contact the seller who immediately offered to replace the pad and the new one arrived within a few days.

The pads died minutes after plug in
I bought 2, one to use and one as backup. They both worked fine for the first 2-3 minutes and then died.

These are sold as pet heating pads but my dog chewed through it within an hour. We’re lucky she didn’t electrocute herself!!
