Effective and great product!
Finally! A great bandage that my pup can’t chew off. Except for the fact they come inside out and you have to turn them right side in, which is a little bit of a pain, otherwise Medimittens are very easy to use and slide very easily right on the paw. Great Velcro strap to pull it snug so it doesn’t fall off. Excellent choice!

Love the product, hate the price.
I have a dog that suffers terribly from seasonal allergies on her skin, especially her paws. She’s four years old and this is by far the worst year. I’ve gotten her used to wearing booties, but needed some sort of liner too since her paws are so raw and in some cases nearly bleeding. So these are great for that! BUT they are pretty expensive at nearly $3 for ONE, and I’m using four a day, new set of four every day. Working out to nearly $400 in a month. Next year I will definitely get going on the booties earlier in the year and hopefully not need these at all.

Really works as described
Really worked well. Stayed in place. Kept the ointment in place, kept wound clean and prevented pet from licking the ointment. Overjoyed that I discover this product on your site.

They are worth it!
This product is awesome! I rescued a dog on the side of the road and his front paw pads were gone. After a month of using gauze wrap and lots of tape and having to have three people to change the bandages I knew there had to be a better way! Found these and thought I’d give them a try! I wish I had found them a month earlier. They may seem a little on the expensive side but they are worth every penny. Now, I can change his bandages all by myself, no fuss, no muss, no pulling it off before I get all the tape. I found another bootie with no skid bottoms and velco wrap so I put those over these. It works out great!

Easier than Coban/gauze but still gets destroyed
Love the concept but doesn’t withstand reality. My 70 lb lab wears a size large but that size is extremely hard to find. Purchased XL but had to return it because it’s way too big. Don’t understand why the manufacturer makes the customer turn the mitts inside out before application other than they don’t want to be responsible for the mitts tearing during that process which frequently happens especially with the smaller sizes. Much more convenient than wrapping a paw with gauze and Coban while being much more breathable and easier for the dog to walk if the size is correct. My dog still managed to chew her way out of these from the sides while the adhesive strip stays intact. Does not last and can’t reuse day after day. Not made for outside. Gets dirty and wet/damp depending upon the weather so either you need a protective wrap or you remove and reapply. Too expensive. Thought 12 would last me 12 days but boy was I wrong cause they either rip when you attempt to turn them inside out or the dog chews them off the paw if you don’t use a cone. Reminds me of the material used in packaging breakable fragile items.

helps with Paw problems
Worked well with the help of adhesive tape and doggy booty on top. My dog has excessive allergies so at times we need to protect the paw area or it can get infected . It is nice that this item is a breathable layer is good for the dog.I also use the stretchy bandages on top sometimes.

Was not meant for us
While the product would be great for some it just did not work for us. It did not stick to his wound but I’m thinking it rubbed while walking and caused a scab to loosen and start bleeding. I really wanted it to work for us.

Exactly what we needed!
I am lucky enough to have a dog that doesn’t chew on bandages so keep that in mind as I review. They go on relatively easy after the contortion act that is turning them right side right. My 60 lb dog had sliced one of its paw pads and I needed it the area to stay clean while it closed up and these did exactly that.If I was lucky one would last the day and I would change it at bedtime as well of course as applying ointment and checking on it throughout the first few days. If I wasn’t lucky she would get it caught on something yanking it off or I would accidentally forget to switch it out with a rubber glove when going outside to potty. They definitely aren’t weatherproof so plan to cover or remove when going outside. If the owners or creators read this, thank you thank you so much. We were having a heck of a time with gauze and Ace wraps coming loose and desperately needed this wound to heal in time to make it to the animal charity we work ats biggest fundraiser of the year. I’m not sure it would have been healed properly in time for us to go on the road for 6 days leaving our dogs with a dog sitter if not for this product. Seriously, thank you.
