How to measure your dog for dog booties and finding the right size
Size is based on your dog’s paw width. The paw should be measured at the widest point.
When measuring, your dog should be standing to get an accurate measurement, as the paw expands.
You can place your dog’s paw on a piece of paper. Mark at the widest points and measure the width. Choose size based on the sizing chart. If your dog is in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also place a ruler or measuring band under your dog’s paw and measure.
How to put on dog booties
To put on dog booties, start by lifting your dog’s paw. Brush away any dirt or snow that’s in your dog’s paw. And slide the bootie over the paw. Make sure the hook and loop fastener is not directly on the dew claw. Hold the bootie in place with one finger, then fasten the strap over your finger. This helps ensure the booties do not sit too tight. For training sessions up to two hours the booties can sit rather tight. For longer training sessions, they should be a bit looser.
Safety instructions
• The booties must not be worn when the dog is in no activity.
• The booties must be removed as soon as the activity is ended.
• The booties shall not be used when the dog is back in the car after training/competition.
• The booties can be swallowed by the dog and thereby cause big injuries in the intestines.
• The elastic strap must not be tightened too much, reducing the blood flow of the dog.

Toller Artikel 👍🏻👏🏻
