Great size and sturdy
Easy to set up. Like that the machine is open top. My cats don’t feel crowded & they don’t lose sight of each other. No surprises!Machine cycles quietly and safely. My cats took to this machine straight away and actually is a form of entertainment for them. Handling our multiple cats with ease.Takes the burden out of scooping litter twice a day. Cleaning is a breeze, I simply use wipes & an enzyme cleaner in & around the drum. Waste bags fit the bin nicely. Pull out the bin, cinch the bag closed and toss. Replace bag and slide the bin back into place. Saves the back from a lot of bending.Machines don’t have to be too technical to be effective. If I am concerned about who is doing what, I look out for them!! If you’re worried about keeping track of your little ones, you can do that without a camera!!This machine is everything you need!!

Excellent Automatic Litter Box
I just received this litter box and I’m already impressed! Assembly was quick and easy, and the modern design looks great in my home. The large open top makes it comfortable for my cat, and the self-cleaning feature works perfectly—no more scooping.I also love the app control: I can see when my cat uses it and start or stop cleaning from my phone. The safety sensors work flawlessly and it runs very quietly, so my cat isn’t afraid.Great quality for the price, especially with the discount. Great Litter Box!
This is my third self-cleaning litter box. I purchased a very similar one, loved it, and wanted to purchase another one. This one was a better deal, so I decided to try it. It connects very easily to the app. The sensors are definitely helpful. If my cat even comes near it while it’s cleaning, it will pause. It’s pretty easy to keep clean. I can just wipe it down. I do have a problem with my cats kicking litter out of this box. I think it’s just the design, but it’s nothing too bad that I can’t clean up. I definitely like the open top better than other designs. Much easier to use, clean, and feels safer for my cats. Good deal for the box! I’d definitely recommend.

Overall, I’m very happy with this product. Here are the pros and consPro1) It is very quiet2) It does a decent job of cleaning the litter3) Setup was very easyCons1) My cat pees in the same spot near the edge of the litter, so it sticks to the edge and doesn’t fall out during cleaning2) The entrance is low, and as a result my cat throws a lot of litter out onto the floorAfter initial set up, the box failed to clean automatically and despite following all the troubleshooting tips I couldn’t remedy the problem. Turns out, #1 THE UNIT MUSTN’T BE PLACED ON CARPET. It must rest on a hard, flat surface to work properly. #2 If your unit won’t clean automatically, DETACH AND REATTACH THE LEGS. The legs must be fitted in to the unit fully and completely or the unit won’t self-clean.Once I solved that (with help from their online support), the unit worked very well and I would highly recommend this product. Hope this helps any new owners

BUYER BEWARE! NO SUPPORT and Anti-Pitch sensor goes off ALL the time making it useless.
I should have done my homework. First of all.. there is no actual “Support” For this company / product. Their “support page” when you click “contact us for support” just re-directs you back to their product page.There is no place to go for actual support. That should have been the first warning.For the product itself. Prepare to be frustrated. The “anti-pitch” sensor goes off constantly meaning it will not self-clean until and often times will stop while closed so your cats have no where to go.The only way I have found to even get a fix (that only works sometimes) is you have to basically dismantle it all and put it all back together. And then it will start working about half the time you do that… if you are lucky.Most of the time it just stops working.. with blinking lights on the cleaning indicator and doesn’t respond to anything until you dismantle it and re build it 3-4 times and one time it randomly re-sets. Just to do the same thing over again later.The APP error message is useless.This product is supposed to be effortless. It’s not. Its borderline worthless because of the constant fear that it will fail at any time. For the money buy something else that is more consistent or has ACTUAL support.I will 100% update this if company gets back with a resolution or any type of support. So far nothing.Probably for a reason.If this review is still up here the problem never got fixed even after contacting them… so heed my warning or refer back to this review as “I told you so” when yours stops or gives you headaches.

Pretty cool litter box! Works really well so far! I took away 1 star because it is not suitable for larger cats. My 7 lbs fold loves it. But my 17 lbs long-limbed mixed breed is too big for it and won’t use it. Luckily he has a larger litter box in the basement so he is okay, and it does prevent them from getting territorial since he has no interest in this one. It being advertised as being 3XL is misleading. It is a small to medium sized litter box area and not suitable for large cats. To put in perspective, the petsafe auto litter box has about 2x the interior space available to the cat.
