So some people may complain that their bunnies don’t want to eat it, that’s probably because if they’re used to eating the equivalent of ‘junk food’ they won’t want to switch over to something healthy that probably doesn’t taste as good. I experienced this, you can either give them as much hay as they want and wait until they start picking at the pellets and learn to love them, or (they should always have fresh hay) give them less and less of their old food, so when they’re hungry they’ll eat the new food. Mixing it doesn’t tend to work as they can easily pick out the food they want.This is one of the best quality bunny foods out there, another high quality one being the adult version of this bunny food (it switches out the tastier alfalfa hay for timothy. It has high protein and high fibre (22%!) most other brands aren’t close to this percent of fibre, which is very important for keeping their sensitive gut moving.
