How does the auto litter box keep my cat safe?

C1 is equipped with a pair of infrared sensors, a proximity sensor, and four weight sensors. If your cat attempts to enter the globe while it’s rotating, the C1 will instantly stop to ensure their safety.

Can I use any type of bag in the waste drawer?

Yes, any bag that fits will work in the waste drawer. However, our garbage bags are specially designed for C1, so you can just pack them without having to face the odor directly. You can find it in the store by searching for “B0DG8G16YV”.

How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?

This depends largely on the cat’s diet and bowel habits. Normally, a cat only needs to clean the litter box once every 7-11 days. In hot weather, it is recommended that you shorten the cleaning time to ensure the health of your cat.

If I want to replace the litter with a new one, how do I remove the original litter from the bucket?

The litter box has a one-button tilt litter function, which allows you to pour the discarded litter into the bottom litter box by simply pressing a button.

Will the litter box connect to my WiFi network? And will it still work without an internet connection?

C1 requires a 2.4 GHz WiFi signal, as it does not support the 5 GHz band. And it will continue operating based on your previous settings if the network is disconnected. However, your cat’s activity data won’t be updated in the app during that time.
