Ball launcher. Best toy ever!
We bought this because our chi was getting aggressive with her toys. She loves it and we do also. The 2.5 tennis balls are a little large for her to grasp so we will order 2 inch ones. A great indoor toy.. Not loud. 3 Settings. She gets so excited when we turn it on. Hope it lasts!

Fun product
Pros and cons:I had to train Pili to use this machine. She is used to food puzzles and pushing buttons. She was scared of the motor but once I associated it with treats, she was in heaven lol. Overall, it took a little over a week to train her on it.It doesn’t hold her attention because she wants me to be there with her (I work from home but I can’t always be next to the machine). Occasionally she will use it without me being near the machine.It works great!!! I suggest trying it out first with the balls that are included. If your dog comes to enjoy it, buy more balls!There are 3 different speed settings- In my video, I have it set to the 1st setting. It does work with other toy balls, just not as well depending on the size & weight of the ball. A normal tennis ball is too big and won’t fit in this. The little latex squeaky balls don’t work for this neither. The tiny dog tennis balls on setting 1 are only launches about 2 feet. Pili has an assortment of different balls.I definitely recommend this product!I watched a video on training a dog how to “put their toys away” which consisted of teaching the word “drop it” and giving a treat.We’ve not had this machine very long but I make a point to spend 10 minutes a day next to it, using it to play with Pili so that when I’m working, she can use it on her own one day.

This is ok, it does throw the ball, not very far. The bad aspect is that they are tennis balls and get dirty and gross after a few throws, which they where more washable the balls that are used. Not sure I would buy again

A little temperamental
Works decent. Distance changes based on how wet(slobber) ball is, but i guess to be expected. Not sure how it will last and balls a bit weak. Overall dog likes it and has learned when about to launch. One small thing is rubber feet may need some glue to hold them in.

My Yorkipoo loves this. She gets SO excited when she hears the motor start revving! I would order an extra pack of balls right off the bat. She gets very thirsty when she’s doing this and drinks her water then the balls get wet and you can’t them. I keep six balls on hand so that she can use the launcher nonstop. Best investment for her that I have made.

Garbage – don’t purchase
Bought this for my small dogs who both LOVE to play with the balls. The machine is a great toy for them – WHEN IT WORKS. In less than 3 weeks, the mechanism that moves the ball forward to ward the “launch hole” stopped running smoothly. It was make a sound like it was moving, but the conveyor belt-type mover would stay still. I looked over the machine for any random items or debris that could be blocking it’s movement, but there wasn’t anything there. I found that if I push the ball a little bit when the machine is trying to move the conveyor belt forward, it gets the ball to the launcher end and shoots it out, but then what’s the point of the machine? I might as well just throw the ball the old-fashioned way. Sadly, my oldest yorkie has become accustomed to the revving sound the machine makes when trying to launch the ball, and when I throw it myself, he is less than interested in fetching. Wish I would have just returned it when it first malfunctioned, instead of trying to troubleshoot the problem.

Es buen producto. Sin embargo el inconveniente son las pelotas. Son demasiado pequeñas y pueden atorarse en la tráquea del perro. Debieran fabricarlas para que quepa el tamaño de una pelota de tenis

El producto llego bien empacado, antes de lo esperado, solo que el día de estreno por alguna razón dejo de funcionar, la correa que mueve la pelota no funcionaba y había que hacerlo manual, pensábamos que estaba defectuoso o algo así, pero al siguiente día lo hemos probado de nuevo y mágicamente volvió a funcionar de manera perfecta, a mi Jack Russel “intenso” Terrier, le gusta mucho, aun estamos en proceso de enseñarle como poner la pelota por su cuenta y de paso que no se la coma. Recomiendo el producto, pero solo que si les sucede como a nosotros, tengan esto pendiente.
