Can I use a ball with dirty or wet? Can I use other brands of balls?
Dirty or wet ball please don’t put in ball launcher, the ball launcher can only be use with our 2.5″ tennis ball, our balls are high quality, other balls will not match our machine.Using other brands of tennis balls may cause damage to the machine.
How to use?
Recharge the battery before using, press the power button,both power indicator and launch distance indicator green lighten at same time, the machine can work properly, choose the distance and place the ball, only one ball can be placed at a time.
Why the range does not match the actual?
The permissible variance in launching distance is ±10%, affected by battery power, tennis ball condition, and weather, wind speed,land,room these environmental factors.

My dogs love it!
My puppies learn to use it day one. The video I posted is the second day. Now I’m sure you’re not supposed to get this thing wet and dirty and nasty. The way mine is, but my backyard is dirty and I don’t really care if it breaks eventually I will replace it but so far it has been under repetitive use under abusive conditions and it still works great. My only complaint is I found another one on Amazon and I can go from 40 to 80 feet so next time I’ll be buying one that shoots further.

I have a condo my German shepherd could play all day. I used the 10 ft and sometimes 20. Great machine works well. I wish I bought it sooner she loved this. I can’t find it, but I had a picture of her standing by the front door with balls everywhere you could see the smile on her face. I had a video of her looking down at all her balls looking up at me just smiling.It’s worth the money.She passed away, unfortunately a month and a half later. So now my son has it for his beagle and they are having so much fun with it. If your dog loves playing ball and wears you out get this….

Ball Launcher? More like Ball Buster; this product is a bust! Don’t waste your $$!
I don’t usually worry too much about poor reviews on Amazon, if they are in the minority. I thought I did my research thoroughly before I bought this ball launcher for my new small dog daycare business. The product worked great! For about a month. The other day I tried to use it; wouldn’t work. I thought it needed to be charged. I plugged it in, the light turned red. Next morning, I tried to use it again; no dice. Nothing works. The red light comes on when charging; the green like comes on for one moment when I unplug the charger. For a product that cost over $100, I am extremely disappointed. The dogs are even more upset. :(And of course, this product stopped working about a week after my return window closed. Save your money!

So far it’s good
So far it’s working great, though some say it will stop working quickly so I will keep this updated. Used it for 1 day so far and launched about 40 balls without a problem.Seems to me a lot of the issue are cheap batteries inside the machine and poor wiring or soldering. I don’t think the motors are the failure point.Update: Used it 4 times for about 10 minutes each. The battery doesn’t last long even on the lowest setting. On medium I got about 10 good launches then it stops launching it as far. So if you ask me it’s ideal with an extension cord powering it.

Doesn’t last – breaks easy!
I love this product! Would keep our lab entertained while we were sitting outside vs him bugging guests to throw the ball. Unfortunately they just aren’t built to last. Our first 1 lasted 4 months. Customer svc/amazon returns and replaced no problem. 2nd one only lasted 2 months – just not well made as belts break or dirt build up (I wiped down constantly after every ise but didn’t seem to matter.) Have to return this one – may try another brand bc our pup LOVES this toy!

Well made, 3 different distance settings, rechargeable, FUN!
This is an awesome tennis ball launcher. Appears to be well made & has not flawed once. My Australian shepherd has mastered walking up to the machine and dropping the ball in the launcher himself! Both of my dogs love it but he is the only smart one!!! This machine is rechargeable and you can take it outside. My male learned in 30 minutes to drop the ball in himself. This is a really fun toy & it had 3 different ranges of shooting distance.

I have a border collie with endless energy. I work nights. After another double shift I got off after midnight and just wanted to rest but my dog wanted to play fetch. This machine is a modern miracle. My dog LOVES the launcher! She wears herself out in the back yard. SHE IS OBSESSED! It’s like I hired someone to play fetch with her. This product is worth every penny 👏👏👏😁! It has 3 settings and I can bring it to the park because it’s rechargeable. It came with 6 tennis balls and a FREE dog whistle. Como es para Mascotas pequeñas , se asustan con el ruido que hace para lanzar la pelota y no quieren si acercarse para depositar la pelota. Algo importante a considerar antes de comprar y que no se indica asi es que si lo devuelves los costos de importación te los restan , para mi pocoMas de 300 pesos que no me devolverán, lleva 10 dias mi devolución y aun no me regresan mi dinero

Tengo un Pomerania de 5 meses y le cuesta jugar, quizás después de muchos días de intento siga la pelota y después de meses aprenda solita a meterla en el agujero. La pelota le quedo un poquito grande y por eso creo que le cansa la mandíbula y prefiere jugar con sus peluches con ellos si va y lo los trae.La calidad del productos le doy un 7 y estaría mejor que fuera de batería recargable ya que tiene que estar conectado a la corriente al menos que compres varias pilas.

El lanzador es de buena calidad y cumple su función pero las pelotas son de muy mala calidad y duran muy poco, mi perro las rompió en menos de una semana.
