Life is better now
Great product, works great cats took right to it. They even watched to see what was going on when it cleared. Shows when each cat uses it (we have 2) by weight. Let’s you know when the catch basin is full by weight. Assembly was easy good instructions. Comes with supplies. Easy to clean and I think it uses less litter. All smiles so far👍👍

Great product but a few setup and usage issues
Overall, this litter box is a game changer and has made my life much simpler. It’s quiet, efficient, and easy to clean.A few items of note:- Possibly due to the height of the opening, my cats jump in and out of it and that causes litter to fly out and all over the floor. The litter mat is way too small to catch the litter so I’m having to sweep the area a few times a day.- During setup, connecting it to WiFi was far more time consuming and frustrating than it should have been. I have a separate WiFi network created for IoT devices (2.4ghz) and after about twenty attempts to connect, I ended up adding it to the network I have for my alarm system. Eventually I’ll try it again on the correct network.- Since the opening is so high, I had to purchase a step to place in front of it. I’ve seen models by other brands that come with a step but this one does not and my older cat did not want to use it because of needing to jump to get in. After I purchased a third party step, my older cat began using it.- I also have a PetSafe Smart Scoop litter box and figured they would use the same app. I now have two apps that I have to use to for the products. I assumed this new one could be added to the other PetSafe app so everything would be in one place.

Great Working Litter Box
This litter box is so fancy and high-tech. It looks great in my home and looks like it is a piece of modern furniture.The set up of the box was fairly easy and took about a half hour. I struggled a little with getting the app set up with my Bluetooth but found it worked best with pairing the devices by restarting the box and sitting directly in front of it, and now it’s ready to go.Since I just got it a few days ago, I’m still in the process of training my cat and I think she’s intimidated by the height of it. I saw other buyers are using a step so I’ll probably get one too. In doing a test run, the litter box cleans really well and I really like that the system waits 7 minutes to clean after use so that the cat can disassociate the noise and movement of the box to them using it and reduce getting scared of it. I also like that it senses if a cat is getting in there mid-clean and stops the system to prevent any injuries.

Best automatic litter boxes under $500
This is one of the best automatic litter boxes on the market. This is my 4th different automatic litter boxes I have purchased and it literally fixes all of the problems I have had with the other ones. My last one broke because the sensor fell off when I was cleaning it. This one has a window in front of the sensor you never touch the actual sensor. My last one was really hard to do a litter change on. This one has a piece you install before a cycle runs and it flushes all of the old litter into the bag. I don’t understand why it has some bad reviews

LOOKS GREAT! STILL TRYING😻😻
I was a little worried about this being accepted by my two six year old Siberian kitties but really wanted to find an easier option for keeping one litter box clean! I am familiar with two types of motorized litter boxes that people I know used successfully. I had a feeling that one of the cats might not use it but thought there was a better chance the other one would. I decided to take a chance.I find it very annoying that a product that costs this amount of money does not have clear, concise instructions on how to assembly it😠 Would it be so difficult to include an installation video? I tried backtracking the cleaning video but it doesn’t cover all the bases!I was already using quick clumping cat litter, one lightweight and one that’s heavier. In one litter box I usually combine the two in another one it’s strictly the lightweight one. I used a mix of 2/3 lightweight with 1/3 of the heavier weight clumping. I tossed in a ball of pee and took the most agreeable cat over and put her inside. She was out in two seconds. My boy is nosier, he went in shortly after she came out but didn’t do anything more than sniff around. She watched from a distance. It was already in the preferred usage boxes spot so I left it there for the next few days. Neither cat used it at all. The last time I had to replace a litter box it took several attempts before they both were using it consistently. I read one of the lengthy reviews that mentioned in transition to clean the litter box less so they want to go to the clean one🙀🙀 Good lord NO WAY! My male cat had bladder stones that completely blocked him. He was in dire straights and underwent emergency surgery to remove them. After spending 9 thousand dollars I would never do anything that would cause him or her to avoid using the litter box! I’ll do anything possible to encourage him to have a good flow of urine😻It wasn’t until I started having issues with my internet that I found out that the type that I use won’t support adding devices without compromising my ability to stream on my tvs and use my iPhone and iPad. If I didn’t live is the remote area that I live in the situation would be different but I live in the Adirondack Mountains! I was looking forward to being able to monitor their usage thru the app😼😼I’m still hopeful that they’ll accept this at some point🤞 It’s a huge benefit to be able to use the litter they are accustomed to using. That was the deciding factor that swayed my decision to get this. The only reason for the one star deduction is for the fact that I haven’t had been able to fully evaluate how it works yet. I don’t know about the odor control, ease of emptying the sifted contents and overall cleaning.

Good value for the money
All you need in a litterbox. Keeps the smell controlled, easy to assemble, and functioning as should! Would recommend! Good value for money for sure.

I hate this thing!
I ended up tossing this thing in the trash. Waste of money. Poor design. Worked for a day then I had to take it apart to clean where the litter would get stuck after it “self cleaned”. It stopped cleaning on its own too and I had to tell it to manually clean from the app. It was more work then the traditional litter box which I have gone back too. And guess what, I scoop twice a week and do a full clean once a week and that is less than I was cleaning this “self cleaning” POS.

Ordered two- one didn’t come with two vital parts- the bracket or the waste drawer. Waiting on return pickup and refund.
