Best automatic litter box … best customer service
This litter box is worth every penny. I cannot say enough about how much it has made my life easier as a cat owner of three male cats. I went from scooping multiple times a day to simply removing a bag of waste every 3–4 days. There’s no more poop smell in the room, and very little litter outside the box. My cats love it, and it’s really easy for them to use. The app also sends me notifications about who used the litter box and when, which is super helpful.Their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. After nearly two years of use, the machine started showing an error. I emailed them, and they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement part for free. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its product. Highly recommend!

Snoy automated cat litter box
I received my order in a timely manner. It is very large but fit perfectly underneath my laundry room counter. Measure the area you want to place it in prior to purchase. The sensor light functions blink different or combined colors to let you know if something is wrong. Underneath the top lid there is a diagram showing the various colored lights with an explanation of what is wrong (very handy and easy to understand) It holds a decent amount of litter and ther is no way for the urine to leak out. The functionality of this litter box is great! I love the cleanliness of it and how easy it is to disassemble and clean every part if needed. Well worth the price and I highly recommend it. To get my cat use to it I unplugged and removed the top & placed some of her poop inside so it worked like her regular litter box. 2 days later I put the top back on and plugged it in & she is using it without a problem.

Awesome option for enclosed litter box that hides smells and sight by of cat poop
It’s a great litter box. It’s totally changed my daily routine and give them a peace of mind that it will work. It was one of the easiest things to set up and my cat who is an extrovert use it almost immediately. It saves a lot of time because you’re not scooping litter every day, but I will not recommend throwing away your scooper because I’ve had to use it almost every time I’ve cleaned the bottom tray just to get the strap poop off the walls of the inside drum and to get little pieces of poop that the mesh inside doesn’t catch overall if you’re looking to change your life and not have to worry about cleaning up poop every day I would highly recommend this. I love how the litter box is enclosed so it kinda helps with the smell and also that the litter box itself has an automatic deodorizer option that every time he gets out, it automatically turns on so the smell it’s fairly pleasant. I would give it a five star if I didn’t have to clean the actual machine from the poop getting on it from the waste tray.

Awesome Litter Box
The Pet Snowy litter box is great. Both of my cats took to it immediately. It has a decent size litter pan within the globe and the waste drawer is a decent size. The functionality we get from this box is great because we use the crystal litter so we only have to empty the waste drawer once a week. Instead of clumps of pee and poop, only the poop ends up in the waste drawer. They recommend to use a clumping litter but if you want less maintenance crystal litter is the way to go. I have used clumping litter like tofu, sustainably yours and the walnut litters but crystal is what I’m using right now. Tofu can get a little smeary, and the sustainably yours fills up the waste really fast because it makes really big clumps. Anyway the overall the design of the box is great. Since my cats love to kick the litter, the litter mat inside of the box is great it catches 90% of it. I did have to put a litter mat down on the outside of it but that’s no big deal. When it comes time to do a deep clean it’s very easy to take apart. Just remove the lid, the globe and the mat. The box is very sturdy. It takes me about 10-15 minutes to clean. I just take a small vacuum to get the litter that escaped out from the globe and wipe the base down with cat safe disinfectant cleaner. And then wash the globe with the spray and water. It’s way easier to clean the globe with this machine than it is the litter robot. The globe on the litter robot has a very deep pocket and when you think your done cleaning it you’re not more litter comes out from that deep pocket. I used to have one of those and even with the fence my cats still got the litter everywhere. The app is great too. It lets you know the weights of your cat(s) and if there is anything wrong with the box like if the lid is slightly off or if the waste drawer is full etc. Any way I definitely recommend this litter box. The Pet Snowy automatic box makes my life much easier.

I can’t say enough good things about the PetSnowy Self-Cleaning Automatic Cat Litter Box! It took my cats two months to get used to it, I had to keep the old litter box next to it (without cleaning it to make the new one more appealing) and manually clean for a few weeks as the automatic cleaning was scaring them. Also got the deodorising function off first few months. Once they got used though is a game changer! Makes your life so much easier and use much less litter. Keep in mind bags are expensive and with two cats it gets full once a week.

Llevamos dos meses con el y hasta el momento a funcionado bien, es muy fácil de usar y práctico.En general su app es buena y tiene opciones para programar el horario de limpieza del arenero o para que se limpie cada que entre el gato, te avisa cada que alguno entra o cada que va a limpiarse (tiene varias opciones de programación de notificaciones) puedes limpiarlo manualmente o desde la app, también tiene una opción para vaciar la arena a la bolsa y cambiarla. Lo único que se complica un poco es la identificación del gato por el peso, en mi caso tengo dos gatos y pesan casi lo mismo por lo que los confunde e invierte el nombre del gato que uso el arenero, así que no sirve mucho para un seguimiento de salud.Otro problema es que cuando agregas arena debes presionar un botón para el peso de la arena (cómo peso Tara) ya que funciona como báscula y en la app no está ese botón, entonces si no estás en casa y se va la luz no puedes restablecerlo hasta que regreses.Mis dos gatos tardaron en adaptarse a su uso un par de semanas y a uno de ellos le sigue dando miedo cuando se limpia.Otro problema que tiene es que los pedacitos pequeños de popo a veces no se limpian entonces tengo que pasar la pala de vez en cuando. Tiene dos tipos de reja con diferente tamaño probé ambas y con la pequeña se me va toda la arena (uso cats best).Creo que vale la pena ya que si facilita mucho la limpieza, sobre todo si pasas mucho tiempo fuera o si sales de vacaciones y alguien los cuida en casa es mínimo lo que tienen que hacer para limpiarlo.

I don’t normally write reviews, let alone positive ones, but this really deserves it.No more digging through litter to scoop poop, smell is pretty much non existent and the litter track a lot less! We have 2 Siberian cats (6kg and 3kg) and they couldn’t be happier with their new toilet.The only reasons to take off the star are 1) the bags are pretty expensive so we would need to hack it somehow and 2) our cats pee on the side of the tray so litter sticks to it and doesn’t always fall in the waste drawer without assistance so I feel like the tray will need replacing at some point.That being said, this litter robot was worth every penny and is highly recommended!
