Great value, my kitty not ready yet
Jack is my special needs kitty who is 11 months old here, but has been too ill to learn how to play much. I only adopted him 4 weeks ago. The 3 different options for these balls are great. Instructions say to take away in 1 min in beginning. Jack’s interest lasts about 45 seconds. I will try him again in a few days. They are well made and need some room to roll. They seem to be a good value for the money. I am not sorry to have ordered them, he just isn’t developmentally there yet. He’s still under the care of the local Vet Med Teaching Hospital. He’s learning to be a wildman kitty.

Cats extremely allergic, but they loved it
Not at all the balls fault that my cats got sick, in fact my they seemed to really love them at first. They rubbed all over them, chewed them, threw them around. But then they got insanely sick with a terrible wet and or dry cough and sneezing.I thought they caught the cold from the weather at first, so I got them a humidifier and gave them upper respiratory medicine for about 2 weeks. But when I read online that some cats can be allergic to silvervine, I took the balls away and their symptoms disappeared in a day. It does make sense they both are allergic since they’re from the same litter.Other than that, I learned the broken off pieces of bark from these can sometimes be a choking hazard, so I’d definitely be wary of that before buying. I know I definitely didn’t considering my cat Frank eats anything and everything, so know you know!

Kitty loves it!
My cat never really shows interest in catnip, maybe 1 out of 10+ times will she care, but even then it’s only for a few seconds or a minute. She woke up out of a dead sleep sniffing the air walking around searching with her nose pointed up when I got these & opened the box to see them! I’ve had to double bag & container it because she keeps searching for it where I store them, she seems to smell them out easily. To me the smell is very faint, it’s not bad & doesn’t stink or anytjing like that. I gave her the gall fruit one in the review video & saved the rest for later. She couldn’t stop playing with it! Played for a good 5-10 minutes which is a very long time for her to be interested in something like this. It’s recommended to only give them catnip or silvervine items once or twice a week so they don’t become bored with it. They’re super cool looking & I like the fact they’re cage balls & roll around since she likes rolling, moving things. She hasn’t chewed much but it seems soft enough to not hurt her teeth & strong enough to not fall apart. Got it in a bundled pack with a 3 in 1 toy so value was good. 100% recommended if your cat seems uninterested in catnip, this is a good alternative to try!

Doesn’t last long
My cat absolutely loved these. However they do not last long. They are not very strong in build. They lasted about three days. Then they either break or splinter off. One of the splinters got stuck in my cats paw.

I had no idea how much my three cats would love these toys!
I’m back to order more after six months and the three that come in the package have been played with and chewed to pieces! They do make a bit of a mess as they’re destroyed, but they don’t appear to harm the kitties… all three of my two year old rescues love on, chew on and toss around these things! I like the jingle bell inside because I know who’s doing something then! And the thing gets carried around and hauled to bed and batted across the room. I don’t get it, but my cats surely do! I’ve tried the sticks and still have some. They don’t seem to last as long, and they don’t get played with like these balls do. I was concerned about the plastic fishing line that the pieces are sewn together with, but it’s tough stuff; the silvervine gets chewed off and the skeleton remains! I think these are a great natural, harmless toy to help keep our indoor cats lively and healthy.

My cats are finicky about toys. They would rather play in a box than a toy we paid a lot of money for. These on the other hand, they actually are loving playing with these. I suggest these toys. Would be greater if they were a bit bigger though.
