Great product and customer service
Product quality is great. Each ball came attached to there adhesive base and wrapped in its own sealed packet, and additional adhesives came in the box in the event the adhesive would lose adhesion when you move it to another location. However, while our two cats showed no interest in them I cannot fault the product development. Not all cats are affected by catnip and silvervine. Lastly, because it comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I contacted the manufacturer through the email provided on the box and in less than an hour I noticed a reply telling me they’ve initiated a full refund. As a result of their understanding and respect for their customers, I’ll be looking into trying other things they make that our cats may like.

Cats go bonkers!
My cats (3), go absolutely bonkers for these. As soon as I take the cover off, they’re right on it. First you stick it to whatever clean flat surface you want to use, THAN take off the cover. I personally leave the cover off because once the cat is done licking and rubbing on it, they walk away. They’ll come back when they’re ready and chances are, I’ll be at work and wont be able to remove the covers. Since I have 3 cats, I use all of the catnip balls at once placed at different locations throughout the house. Sometimes they chew on it at the end and it rips the ball off, time to order more. Lasts them several months.

Treats .. She definitely likes it. Do not allow more than 5-7 licks per day. They do get aggressive if not played with to utilize the energy burst they get. The plastic holding it is of poor quality, hence suggest not to stick it on anything, it can hurt your kitty and they will go for it more than they can handle.

Didn’t work for us
Ugh. My cat didn’t lick these once despite loving catnip. They get 3 stars because they were easy to install and never fell off. I hope they don’t leave a mark when I take them down. I do wonder if the catnip is strong enough or if I got one that was old and no longer effective or my cat is just being picky as cats tend to be.

Good quality very sticky! only sad thing was my cat wasnt the biggest fan but he sometimes just doesnt care for toys either! This is a good priced item and seems high quality

Way too sticky, not going to come off…cats also showed zero interest
I have 2 cats and they absolutely did not care about them. Maybe sniffed for about 30 seconds. I tried keeping the caps off/on and encouraging them to use them (and ignoring them, because, cats) and nothing. However, my dog did eat the energy ball one, for whatever that’s worth. I think she just bit it off and swallowed it.They have now become part of the wall because I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get them off!! I thought they were supposed to come off easily, but that won’t be happening. I’m scared to remove them because it’ll surely damage the wall. So that + cats not interested…bummer.

My cat adores this, but I don’t use this everyday to keep her interested. I use it every other few days. She goes crazy over it and the suction power is amazing! It never came off no matter how aggressive she got with it. Make sure to put those preservative bag and lid back on the catnip to keep it fresh. Highly recommend for those with cats who love catnip.

I mean it works some of the time but cat ignores it a good portion of the time. Doesn’t stick to the wall real good constantly have to put it back on when he does try to eat it. Also I think might be my cats dumb and tries to bite and chew the whole thing not just the ball.

The only good I can say about this product is the sticker on the back is decent. Otherwise, they are completely useless. These things are so hard, dry & stale that no cat would be interested. I even tried scratching them up with a KNIFE & couldn’t get any scent or effect out of them. Essentially went straight into the garbage. I’ve been a fur baby mum my entire life & have tried many kinds of catnip products. This is the only one that got ZERO response from my boys. Oh and all three ‘different types’ look exactly the same, no difference in the ingredients. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.. wasted money.. do not recommend for your cat. Refund please!!

One of our cats is a silver vine fan, the other ctanio, they both seem to enjoy all the balls, but the gall fruit is the clear winner. They are both obsessed! Highly recommended.
