Waste of money.
Worked for 2 weeks. Now it doesn’t work. The rake goes to the back of the box and stops. Make a clicking noise and will not stop running but the rake will not return to front of box to dump waste. If you unplug the unit and plug it back in, rake will return to front of unit and then make clicking noise and will not move any more. Does not dump waste and motor does not stop running and clicking but rake does not move.

Awful Product
What an awful product! Firstly, the instructions to put it together were unclear. Secondly, the waste bin must be attached for anything to work but it becomes dislodged when placed on the floor so I had to put a wedge underneath it. Lastly, after 24hrs of use, the catbox will not clean, the motors are working but it will not tip all the way to open the waste bin. And honestly the two times that it ever did work, pieces got stuck to the rack and other pieces were dropped.This was a massive waste of my time and money

The Loveepee Automatic Litter Box is the best litter box I’ve used this year.Pros:It cleans exceptionally well. The rake-style cleaning mimics manual scooping, ensuring no waste remains in the box and preventing litter from sticking everywhere. This significantly reduces odor buildup.It doesn’t require a specific brand of cat litter and is compatible with most types. This significantly lowers ongoing litter costs.Most importantly, it’s incredibly easy to disassemble and maintain. Once you get the hang of it, disassembly and reassembly take just 3 minutes—much faster than my previous roller-style litter box.The sensors are highly responsive (see video test).Cons:The operating noise is still audible at night.

Don’t waste your money
I returned this within the first day of setting it up. Setup instructions were a little confusing and most likely a poor translation to English, and the video was in Chinese. Once I got it set up, the initial test seemed to work, although the rake moves really slowly and takes a long time. But once I added litter and my cats started using the box, the rake would get partway through a cleaning cycle and stop. It never completed a single cleaning cycle. It would think there was a cat in the box when there wasn’t, or would think the waste bin wasn’t attached when it was, or would think the waste bin was full when it was empty, and these things prevented it from finishing the cycle. There is nothing on the box itself to explain why it isn’t working, and the app provides limited info, often saying it was performing a cleaning cycle even though the rake was stopped mid-cycle. There was no way to force the cleaning cycle to complete, or to get the rake to return to the home position, either manually or through the app. In fact, I had to box it up with the rake still stuck halfway through the cycle, because the rake was stuck in a position that I couldn’t remove it to take the litter box apart for shipping. Very frustrating and useless.

Jury still out
First machine received gliding rotor motors were diagonally set from one another so that the rake was not able to move from the factory set position. Amazon replaced unit for me as I’m disabled and on limited income and spent months looking for just this type box. I would LOVE if the engineers can program a reset from motor locked error. The second unit has been in “rotor motor locked” position at the back of the device for 5 days now. I’ve emailed the team from the instruction booklet, and so far only received requests for pictures and video that I’ve already provided. I really WANT this box. It’s footprint is perfect and the cat loves it. It’s so easy and lightweight to clean as well! This is a VERY needed item in the auto clean litter box market. No others out there like this one. But at the moment awaiting tech help from the designers, it’s just a $200 manual scoop litter box.

Loud and “crappy”
As you can see in the video, the waste is t picked up and it constantly just hits the back of the box and never empties into the bin. I’ve been working on getting this to work since yesterday with no luck. I was hesitant to download the app but did anyway and that didn’t help either. The QR code instruction video was in Chinese. I was able to figure it out by watching him. The other thing is it’s horribly loud and squeaks as you can also hear in the video. I did request a refund because a cat box shouldn’t consume this much of my time trying to figure it out!!

Right back in the box for a return, Piece of garbage
Unbelievable these reviews, just goes to show how unreliable Amazon is becoming… there is absolutely no way this thing is as good as people claim. in less than 4 hours of this arriving it’s already back in the box to be shipped back It just never cleaned! The litter comb would get stuck in the middle and never actually scoop anything. Tried a factory reset, tried everything, but when theres just one button not much else you can do. I took this thing apart… tried to see if anything was jamming it, no luck.Stay away from this one, what a waste of time!

Cheap. It does not function properly!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Returning it asap!!!! Stops in the middle of cleaning and I can hear the motor making a high pitched sound.
