3 Minute Easy Set Up (Supports 2.4G WIFI):
Power on the device using the USB cable, and download Skymee App.Please open the Skymee app and register your app account via email or mobile number.Please add the Petalk AI and enter the correct WIFI password.Let the device camera read the QR code of the mobile phone, and after hearing the “beep”, click Next and wait for connection succeed.
Troubleshooting tips:
Open your phone’s current wifi to see if it is a 2.4G wifi frequency.The wifi password is no longer than 16 characters.Reset the device: Use a pin/pen to insert the reset hole for 5 seconds instead of just restarting the power.Contact app support via the app help box.
How to connect a second or more phones to Petalk AI?
After you connect your phone to Skymee Petalk AI, please open Me/My-Account Security-Set Password, use SMS to verify and set a password for your app account.Your family and friends can log in to your account on their phones and watch video at the same time.How to protect privacy?When someone looks at the video, the Skymee device light will turn blue. After you change the app account password, others can’t log in.
How should I do if dispenser treats is stuck/pop out too many?
Depending on the size of the accessories installed4~6mm treats can be popped up 2~5 at a time.8~10mm treats can be popped up 1~3 at a time.12~15mm treats can be popped up 1~2 at a time.We recommend 6mm~11mm dry treats and have the best effect.

I like the 2 way audio and motion detector
I recieved this and immediately set it up. It was kinda confusing in the beginning because I couldn’t connect it to my wifi and the wifi they had I couldn’t seem to find it’s password.Only issue with this device is the app can’t connect to my phone, it wouldn’t send me the text for the confirmation code to connect my phone. I had to use my email to set up the device. I even tried to input my # in the app and it still wouldn’t send me the code.The app itself is pretty easy to figure it out. It tells you when you spit out a treat or food. It tells you when there’s motion so you know if your dog or puppy is walking near the device.It comes with 3 different size cover for inside for the size of the treat. I just don’t like it only allow you to post on Facebook or Twitter and not other app like wechat or whatsapp.But I still like it. I would recommend this for animal lovers.

What a great device!! Easy to train your pet to it. Easy to use and has a simple app. Our dog absolutely loves getting treats from the machine. We’re even able to give him his meds without being home. Customer service was also amazing. They were willing to take the time to trouble shoot with me and were willing to help in any way to make sure our device was working. Highly recommend!!

Failed to work after 2 weeks
I originally thought this was a great product, easy to set up and use, but I sent it back after using for 2 weeks it ceased to do anything at all, so all in all very disappointed

When I narrowed down my decision to purchase this unit over more expensive one I didn’t know what I may get but I couldn’t wait for it to arrive. It even showed up a day early …..I opened it up and couldn’t wait to set it all up for my 4 little ankle biters I have! Upon opening it I was a little concerned because the area where the treat dispenses looked tiny and prompted me to look at the compartment that holds the treats right away-I was thinking oh gosh this isn’t going to hold but a few treats! I decided to fill it up and try it out and had my mind set already that it was going to disappoint me because the unit was so much smaller than I thought. Needless to say Boy Was I Wrong!!! Not only was this a piece of cake to set up and get ready the treat compartment was actually just perfect!! And the UNIT ITSELF DISPENSES THE TREATS EVERYTIME YOU ACTIVATE IT!! ITS SO MUCH FUN TO SEE YOUR PETS on VIDEO AS THEY GET EXCITED WHEN THEY HERE YOU CALL THEM OVER THE AUDIO AND RUN TOWARDS IT AND WAIT FOR YOU TO THROW THEM THEIR REWARD!! I love everything about this and not only does it work exactly like it states, you can’t beat the price of it!! So happy I didn’t have to spend $300 that competitors charge…..this is PERFECT!!

Glad I bought this camera
After researching, this was a Good Purchase. Very easy to set up. Download the app, connect to WiFi, fill with treats -done. I check in on my pets and they get super excited about the treats. It barks before shooting them out, and they come running to catch in mid air. They were scared first round but they come running now. Quality of picture is relatively good. Night camera is black & white picture. Using camera has already alerted me that my pet escaped the gate and was into trouble . Great purchase. No issues after 1 full month of use.
