The shine this shampoo leaves on my cats fur is impressive, plus the fresh smell the shampoo is so pleasant. It’s also concentrated and you only need a little bit of the product to bathe the cat so it lasts long. I highly recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wanted a shampoo that didn’t have any fragrance for my dog, who is a Cavapoo, her fur is more like the Cavalier King Charles than a poodle fur… this shampoo is amazing, my dog was soft and it rinsed easy. The price and quantity is good too!

Bottle arrived with a broken cap
The bottle arrived with a broken cap. I need the shampoo, so I did not want to go to the hassle of returning this and having to wait for a replacement, as this already arrived later than expected (I paid for expedited shipping and the product was delivered 2 days late).The box was not damaged at all, so it was packaged with a damaged cap.Not a great experience – late package and the product was damaged.

Great smell, bad packaging
Product worked so well but the packaging was the worst. About 1/8 of the bottle spilled out due to the cap not being tightened. Thanks to the smell, it wasn’t a disaster

The quality is excellent
I have two registered and licensed theraphy dogs that need to be clean and well groomed for their work. This shampoo not only cleans their coats it conditions and helps them smell great, too. Outstanding and just takes a few drops for a medium to large dog
