Great for Dogs who Love to Play Catch
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My dogs love this ball tossed and it saves my arm from throwing the ball constantly. I chose this ball tossed based on the reviews from others. The instructions aren’t well written. I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working right. Discovered you need to unplug it first before programming the remote control, which I don’t use, and operating the tossed. I have a Border Collie who constantly wants to play ball and an Aussie who likes to help the Border Collie by beating him to catch the ball. I would have posted a video, but I’m too shaky to get a clear pic. Definitely recommend this for a dog who loves catch. I’m also training my Border Collie to drop his ball into the tossed so he can play independently. This is Not water proof so must be taken inside after play, it’s lightweight and easy to carry, plus all 4 balls sit on top.

Honestly, I have no idea how these hold up so well with my power chewer wiener dog. I originally purchased them thinking that they would be a good option for temporary fun for him, he likes to throw his ball balls in the pool and have people retrieve them for him, but his balls have holes in them, so they think to the bottom. I read that these float, and I thought cool even if they don’t hold up for very long they float and it’ll make the pool experience more fun for everyone. Even when I bought them and open the package and held the ball in my hand, I thought there’s no way this is gonna hold up, but he is obsessed with this ball, he carries it around and is chewing it all day every day and there is very little evidence that it’s even used. Honestly, I’m amazed with the durability. Great product

Works as said. Does make a noise when it launches but not annoying. Like the different ranges. Dog loves chasing the balls. Helps her get needed exercise. Replacement balls are a little expensive but necessary. Love USB charging and place to hand carry. Lightweight and easy to setup.

It doesn’t work as expected!
The ball thrower works. And the ball goes as fall at levels 1 – 3 as the instructions say. However, my dog (most dogs…) get use to chasing tennis balls or something similar). The four balls that come with the machine seem like hard plastic-like material. But when my dog gets to the ball, he sniffs it, probably expecting it to smell like a tennis that has his saliva on it. He has yet to return the ball to me so I can drop it in the ball thrower so he can chase it again. He chased it a few times but no longer chases the balls thar come withe machine. The smell isn’t there. And the texture isn’t the same as tennis ball that he can chew as he returns it to me. Putting heavier balls like a 2.5 inch diameter tennis ball won’t work in the ball thrower. The are too heavy. The machine will toss the tennis ball but it only goes 5-10 feet. And it may damage the ball thrower. Maybe it’s just my dog’s preference. Think about your dog’s habits playing fetch. Expensive to get the result I got. I’m not using the ball thrower now.

This thing launches the balls way farther than I expected! My dog absolutely loves it and gets a great workout. Only downside is that the balls can get stuck sometimes, but overall it’s a solid toy that does exactly what it promises.Would not buy bc of the bLls always getting struck.

Works great! Easy to use, reliable and the pooch loves it! Make sure to buy some spare balls too as tennis balls don’t work as well. The fact it’s battery (USB charged) makes it handy to use anywhere!
