So much fun!
This was so much fun and my dog is having a blast. I’m gonna be working on him trying to learn to put the balls in by himself but he so far barks at me to put them in and as soon as he hears it revving up he’s ready to chase! This is a great thing to have when you’re working from home and need your pet to get some exercise. It’s not very loud so you it won’t disturb you and even tho the balls are a little on the small size i think it’s great for small/ medium breeds. It works great and the balls bounce and go far!

Endless fun for your pet
So excited for this. Love the color and the size of this. The cord is a bit short but I guess it depends on where you want to plug it. There is 3 settings for range. 10ft. 20ft and 30ft. Like how there is an option. One touch button selection so easy to use. Comes with 5 ball. Pop the ball into the machine, it makes a whirling sound and it shoots the ball out to the range you picked. I’m going to see if I can teach my dog to put it in herself. The opening for the ball drop is big enough for them to do that on their own. Looks safe enough. Can’t wait to teach her to play it.

Good machine
I really do love this machine. My Shiba can play fetch for hours it seems, and I get tired easily throwing the ball. It has a high speed for my long hallway, and she really loves it. I give it four stars because sometimes it won’t shoot out the ball on the 10 foot setting, but I haven’t had that issue with the 20 foot. Still a great toy if you want an easy way to engage with your pup! It is a plug in, but also battery operated, which makes for easy use if you want to take the fun outdoors.

Great product, perfect for mini dachshunds
Both my mini dachshunds absolutely loved this ball launcher, the size of the balls is absolutely perfect for them and the size of the machine is pretty good as well so it’s portable. It can be used plugged to an electric outlet (no battery needed or included) or you can use 6 AA batteries in case you want to bring it to the dog park or the yard. The value for the money is a good deal because it also brings 6 balls a whistle, a clicker and a remote. The balls are pretty sturdy, my dog chewed on one and caused no damage. Very functional for my fetch obsessed dog.

Great fun for your fur babies!
My two Shichons absolutely love this toy. Their tails wag with anticipation for the ball to pop out. Their balls are good quality and so is the machine, quiet and has 3 distance levels. I have purchased a different brand before but returned it. Bought this as their early Check present. While family enjoys playing with them and teaching our fur babies how to drop it!Highly recommended this JolyB brand.

Not durable. Broken within 40 days
I have a 14 lb long hair mini dachshund and this product stopped working one week after the return window closed. All the lights are blinking and I can’t make it work properly now. Complete waste of money. Not durable at all.

Great plugged in, not good with batteries
Works well when plugged in indoors. I put the D batteries in the unit for outdoors, but the battery access door cover falls off and the batteries spill out. Thus the device stops working with loose batteries. I tried taping it with duct tape but it just isn’t worth it. We use it indoors. My Yorkie goes insane with it. He hasn’t mastered the full cycle yet. One thing is that the balls that are included are FANTASTIC! They are just the right size of a Yorkie and have a super bounce!

Missing items, long ship time
The item works well, but it was supposed to come with balls and mine did not. It also took forever to ship. So we can’t even use it until I order balls that fit.
