Solid, reliable, variable speed…pup and I are happy!
My pup hates nail trimming but has mellowed to the Dremel. Lower speed settings reduce noise, and she has accepted trimming now. The trimming guard helps me regulate how much nail I’m taking off (black nails, thick) and can round off trimmed nails. Went with Dremel as I’ve used their tools before and the quality is good, didn’t fully trust other brands due to poor reviews on battery/power etc. Can always buy other Dremel attachments to utilize tool for other projects as well. I hated using clippers as did the pup.

This is an outstanding item.It actually is silentt and powerful.Unfortunately bought a well advertised tool before this which was ridiculously cheap and ineffective( a “silent groom” ).I recommend the Dremel because its more powerful and can handle thicker nails and comes with many attachments.

Order extra parts!
The dremel itself works great however one of the attachment tips broke off and I had to order spare parts. Once that was fixed it works great! Battery life lasts a decent amount of time and the noise lever is not overpowering. Easy to use as well!

OMG! The best nail grinder I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend this nail grinder to all dog owners. My new puppy didn’t like getting her nails trimmed so I went on a mission to find a nail grinder she wouldn’t mind and I found it. I purchased several and this is the only one she had no problem with. It works so well you have to be careful not to over grind. It literally takes me less than 5 minutes to trim her nails and there’s almost no flinching. To get the sander at the right height is a pain and the case around the sander can also be a pain, but once you have the depth set correctly then this device is a dream. Easy to use and easy to swap for new sanders. I wish I had found this sooner.

Great Upgrade
I use this twice a month when grinding down the nails of my 5 dogs and I only have to charge it once. I purchased diamond bits for it and it works wonderfully. My dogs still resist and the noise (although it is much quieter than my old one) still startles them but the job is much much easier!

Awesome tool
I have an eight year old German Shepherd that does not let me get close to her paws with a nail clipper. Only the vet could cut her nails during her annual check up while she is sedated. I decided to try this Dremel nail grinder because of its low noise feature and it turns out this is the solution. After about a week of just turning on the tool around her and touching her paws with the bottom end, I was able to grind one of her nails. With the help of treats, I can now do all the nails on one paw in a single session. I am slowly getting to the point where I can do all of her nails in one session.The included grinder disc does work, but I purchased the diamond nail grinder bit. This grinder bit works better and faster, in my opinion.

Still trying to introduce this product to my dog he’s been scared since I also took a professional Clipper and clipped his paw and made him believe for 2 hours so needless to say very hesitant about using anything else on him however I do believe this will be the best product I can use and definitely noticed it has the power to do the job correctly I have previously boughten in Superior Products where this one I believe is definitely Superior and should totally work

No longer charges
Worked great while it worked. Easy to use but after only two years it will no longer charge. Agree with others that it’s pretty loud at higher speeds. I also never really used the attachments they were a bit cumbersome and I didn’t find them necessary with my pooch.

Super Produkt… endlich mit Ladekabel, statt mit Batterien. Es kürzt wunderbar die Krallen und das sicherer als mit einer Krallenzange. Zumindest bei schwarzen und dicken Krallen wie beim Schäferhund.

My dog has very hard nails, traditional nail cutting was a fight with the dog because her nails were so tough.Introducing this. She was afraid of it at first but after the first few tries it was much better for her. Very easy to clean, adjust, works exactly how I would expect a dremel to work.If you have never used one before, remember that you don’t apply pressure to the sanding bit, you let the sand paper do all the work in 2-4second stints, and your animal will appreciate you much more for it.
