Great for our little Aussie
I picked these calming chews up for my mini Aussie, who is still under a year old and FULL of puppy energy. Anyone with an Aussie knows they’re basically little balls of lightning, so I wanted something safe to take the edge off when she gets too wound up.She takes these like a treat—no hesitation at all, which is a big win for me since some supplements can be a battle to get down. They’re soft enough to break in half if needed, and the smell is more on the “herbal” side but not bad (this may be just how I smell it, no one else!).We’ve been using them for about two weeks now, and while she’s still a high-energy pup (that hasn’t changed), I have noticed a difference in certain situations. The biggest one is when we leave the house—she doesn’t bark nearly as much when we step out the door. It doesn’t completely “calm her down” in the sense of making her sleepy, but it does seem to help take the edge off her anxious barking.So far, I’m happy with the results and plan to keep using them to see if the effects continue to build. For a younger dog, I like that these feel more like a natural support rather than something that knocks her out.

Helpful in Many Ways
Love these! While calming my rowdy pup, it has worked wonders on my older pups gut health. She too is also calmer, but also more regular. They are also healthy and without additives, but also 3rd party tested. Definitely worth the purchase. They do not have an overwhelming smell and the pups love their taste.

Effective but pads are too small!
These stop my dog from gnawing at his paws, but they are tiny. I use 2 at a time for each paw, to make sure I get enough of the liquid on each. And my dog is small, only 10 lbs. For this, it loses a star.

I read about this product before buying it for our pup…Total Opposite Effects on our pup!!She ran forever and went crazy!!We couldn’t get her settled down.Within an hour she had a horrible bowel movement!!She is 9 months old. 65 pounds.I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!

Works on our Labrabull Domino
I orderd this one for our Labrabull Domino…he’s been taking it every night for 3weeks now and, so far, he is getting that habit of sleeping calmly and restful. He also likes the taste of it and the health benefits he can get from it is pretty amazing. In 15 minutes from taking it, he is knocked out. This will be a great help for those times when our pups is dealing with anxiety, hyperactive or stress.

I have a 15 year old Catahoula who tried these. She did well. It did seem to help ease her with storms and we used around 4th of July time as well. She had no problems taking or after. We only use as needed but will definitely keep on hand.

My 85-pound dog was struggling with moderate separation anxiety — constant barking whenever we left, to the point where we were leaving work early or resorting to sedatives. After starting these calming supplements, the difference has been amazing. They take the edge off without making him sleepy or sedated — he’s still his usual self, walking, playing, and doing all his regular activities.He used to bark at every little noise or when the neighbor’s dogs barked, but now he’ll just wake up, listen for a second, and fall back asleep. My dog is small and I give him one in the morning and one in the afternoon and it has made a big difference in our very over reactive dog. In the directions he is only meant to have half a chew and I am giving him two a day, yes he is still barking but not at every noise.

My little Henry is a very anxious dog and for no reason, even hides under the couch when I am home. These are expensive but seem to truly calm him without changing too much of his adorable presonality. I wish I didn’t have to use these but so far these seem to be a really good solution to alming his anxiety!

Most of the time we use dog chews, we use them as treats with additional benefits, but I can fairly say that we can never really confirm the benefits, as we can’t really tell if it corresponds to a time without a problem or if the product really helped the problem go away. This would especially be so with a product that promotes relaxation.The second important thing is whether we can give it to our dog and whether he accepts them, but that is a low bar for us because our aging golden retriever enjoys anything we give him as treats by our hand, and he did not have any problem with this one either.Then comes two other issues that might separate a product from another: price and trustworthiness, but I should say they counteract. For trustworthiness, I check the manufacturer and the information they provide. For this product, they clearly indicate the country of origin (made in the USA), and they provide company information including a company name, a website, customer service email, phone number, and address. As I said, trustworthiness and price counteract, and with the trust they provide, they also charge higher prices, so it is up to you to decide which direction you go, the expensive trust or the cheaper unknown.The chew sizes are large, great for our golden retriever, maybe not so much for smaller breeds, but I have never seen any small breed refusing or not being able to eat large chews, so I expect no problems there. Besides, the chews are soft enough for smaller breeds or older dogs to nibble; in the worst case, you can always break them into smaller pieces. The ingredients list is interesting because most calming chews contain hemp while this one lists more human-grade items like ashwagandha, chamomile, passion flower, and L-theanine. They don’t advertise any specific flavors on the jar, but the chews do contain an item called “natural flavors” and several other meat and meat related items.Overall, I like the product, especially because it establishes trust and gives company and contact information, but our dog loves it because it is a treat for him. The price is noticeably higher than other chews (usually from unknown companies, at unknown addresses and phones that manufacture in unknown locations).
