Walmart can’t coount
Had this product before having purchased it in a store, and the product is excellent so I ordered it here. Advertised as a 6-pack… I only got 5 in the package. If I order it again I’ll make sure it’s not from this supplier.

If you like chalk, this is your treat!
I had no idea what to expect from this.hard and crunchy – checkTastes like chalk – checkMessy – checkTried to pawn them off on the kids, like hey kids want an ice cream sandwich in your lunchbox they won’t melt !! Man the excitement in their eyes….it was a wonderful moment for them. Almost felt like a bad parent knowing full and well how displeased they would be with me after biting into this monstrosity.Boy was I right, they got home and for two days they called me mean and complained about these. On the bright-side no one has asked me to pack their lunch for a week, they switched to school lunch to avoid what ever the next weird thing is that I find on Amazon to pack them. Not sure if I won parenting or broke the kids.

Far from what I was hoping it to be, and what I could give the kids on a hot day!
Instead the kids- through it– aside and it was tossed! Nothing at all what I was hoping for, tasted like a hard chalk biscuit! A waste of money. After a hot long day was really hoping since this was freeze dried that it would be actual ice cream once opened. But it was far from that and far from the taste!

Poor packaging
I received a soggy box that was falling apart and clearly had been crushed. There was no protective padding to keep the item safe. I love the product, it just was severely damaged And I had to throw a few out.

Nothing at all what I was hoping for, tasted like a hard chalk biscuit! A waste of money. After a hot long day was really hoping since this was freeze dried that it would be actual ice cream once opened. But it was far from that and far from the taste!

no shelf life
these are supposed to have a 5 year shelf life. HOWEVER, they were manufactured in early 2019. Which means the shelf life has only 6 months left. Bought for long term storage and there isn’t any time left. Highly disappointed. And who knows how it was stored before shipping? 5 years is with optimum storage conditions. Will never buy Mountain house again.
