GREAT LEAD, No zip line should be sold without THIS lead!
Needed far sturdier dog lead than og zip line kit came with. She literally escaped breaking multiple line components & lead at multiple times. They crumbled. To be fair, before I upped her game & got her GPS remote/boundary collars, she used the zip line almost daily and wore right thru components & even the og lead twisting it up. Now her lead doesn’t twist up ever with both top & bottom connectors turning perfectly & all components strengthened. I’m currently having to put her back on the line as needed for outdoor time, as she broke all 5 of her GPS collars, mostly due to water play this summer (I’m always home when she is outside & outside working on the homestead never far from her). Anyways, bought this line system last winter & was still utilizing it for a few months before ordering first set of GPS collars. The line remains a necessity when in between GPS collars. She isn’t light on any toys or equipment & an expensive powerful dog. I’ve consigned myself to this & always work to modify her equipment as needed or look for higher quality products. I’m just glad I have the line perfected for use now, when between GPS collars. Fencing the entire property is not yet an affordable option. Letting her run loose after livestock, wildlife or to other homesteads isn’t an option either until she is property loyal & fully trained. She is young still, a rescue from a big city & came to me at approx 1yr, ZERO training or understanding of the country & already extremely powerful. My goal to give her a final stable forever home, is costing me, but she is worth it! Already massive improvements & I think with aides & maturity, one day, we won’t need all these aides to ‘confine’ her. She will get there. She loves this life…..a little to much. So, I’ll upgrade equipment & components every month or as needed until we find the right products she can’t destroy & until she stops destroying everything & learns to stay home with me & only leave the property when I leave the property like all the other locally born mountain country dogs up here! 🤣

Works on a Rottweiler until it didnt…
I love this tie out for our Rottweiler. I am going to say that it did break, but I was so relived it broke. I don’t know what would have happened to Titan if the caribeaner did not break. He saw my daughter disappear into our woods with her best friend, who is a boy, and he was extremely nervous, my daughter is his person. I put that on him and he shot out the door sprinting back to her, if that thing would not have snapped, I have no idea what would have happened to him. I’m sure he would have gotten hurt if not snapped his neck with the power he was running to her with. It was an extremely scary 10 seconds to me. We have the 50 foot tie out and keep it around the deck hooked onto itself. We have had it for at least 7 months and have NEVER had a single problem. I’m so happy it broke and for that reason we actually bought another one. I feel extremely safe with it on him and comfortable that if something really happened that it would not break his neck. Now listen, what happened here is a total fluke and most dogs are not going to be charging at that power for most things as they know they are on a tie out. It’s a wonderful tie out that we will continue to use for Titan!! Highly recommend it! That being said I am always here as well. We live on 13 acres and he chewed through our invisible fence so when he has to go potty I put him out on that bc we live next to a railroad and on a state route that is relatively busy. Otherwise he is allowed to be free in the yard when we are out there bc he doesn’t go outside the boundaries. So do take caution if you are not around or think your dog will go running with a lot of power towards something. I know Titan is safe and would only do this in extreme situations for another person’s supposed safety lol. It’s a wonderful tie out that I most defintely trust!

Great Lead, NOT 50ft though
I don’t know why Amazon uses the same I guess listing code to list multiple different items…the negative reviews on here are about another style of lead altogether that has a spring. I will say that I have one (bought from a different link) and it’s not great…gets caught on everything, not heavy duty and the spring is long and heavy! My dog is 46 lbs and he’s a runner so I thought a spring would be good but it hindered him. So I got this one (shown heavy duty without a spring) this lead however is NOT 50ft, it’s more like 40ft. It’s a great Lead though, great locking mechanism on each claw and it’s heavy duty and not cheap at all.

Got 1.5 years of use before it snapped
This gets multiple uses per day and stays outside 24/7 in MN, so it sees the heat, rain, and snow. The plastic covering rubbed off part of the wire at one point when my dog got it tangled in the rocks. It snapped about 1.5 years after getting it, and it snapped, plastic and wire cable. It broke in December, so it could have just rusted.

Worst tie out cable EVER!
This really deserves zero stars!! Absolutely didn’t work for my 90lb dog! The first clasp broke sometime within the first 14 hours. The second clasp broke within the first week. Oh and my dog keeps getting tangled in the cable. It even tangled before I got it completely out of the bag. The length is the only good thing about this cable. Not very reflective either, but I wasn’t looking for that.

Will buy again!
I have bought this multiple times for personal use, friends and family. It’s lasted well every time. But when it does fail I’ll buy it again!

Great cable
Perfect for my dog. He has plenty of room to wander around the back yard.

Clips open up easily
It looks great but the clips can come undone. Had my first dog on it she was out by herself and she was playing and I walk out and she is running around because the clip came undone.

This dog leash is very sturdy and hasn’t broken or rusted at all. Very sturdy and a thick rope. I recommend this one over any others!

Had to change my review to 5 stars, clip broke almost right away and I believe it was just a bad clip because I ended up still having to use the tie out by tying the cable up and the other end has held up no problem. I had left a review explaining what happened and the company immediately reached out to me apologizing and offering a full refund. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from these guys again as they have excellent customer service and you know if something does go wrong they will make it right.

Description says it’s good for a 250lb dog. My dogs are 90lbs and 70lbs and they got loose on these leashes. The caribbean lock doesn’t lock well. The tiny little clip with button is not strong enough it slips loose and the clip opens when the dogs pull on it. It’s happened several times in 2 days. I am not happy with this product. I cannot have my dogs loose at random and have them wonder into the road or forest. Defeats the purpose of having them tied up outside for their safety. The cable is of poor quality, the plastic is coming off after 1 month.

I recently purchased the 30FT Tie Out Cable for my dog, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! This heavy-duty cable is incredibly strong and chew-proof, giving me peace of mind while my pup enjoys his outdoor playtime. The 30-foot length allows him plenty of room to roam and explore without feeling restricted, and I love that it’s durable enough to withstand his energetic antics. The hardware is high quality and securely attaches to his harness, ensuring that he stays safe while he plays. What impressed me the most is how easy it is to set up and take down. It’s lightweight and portable, making it convenient for trips to the park or camping. Plus, the bright color makes it easy to spot in the grass, which is a nice bonus!Overall, this tie-out cable is a fantastic product that I would highly recommend to any dog owner. It’s durable, functional, and allows my dog to enjoy the outdoors safely. A great investment for keeping your furry friend happy and secure!

Much lighter than I thought locking mechanism on hooks could be better put a tie wrap under it to keep it from sliding down and possibly letting my dog loose
