Great if you replace every 12mo.
Pressure activated – bought Jan 2024. Used Jan, Feb, March. Put it away for the spring & summer. Got it out in Oct – March. Put away again. Oct -Nov 2025 & it’s chirping bc it’s not working. It’s a warning to let you know to unplug. Seller reached out to me to compensate me for the replacement I bought. What customer service!Cats LOVE it. Warms up quickly, not too hot on self warming setting. My senior cat is a happy old girl now that she has her warm spot back.

Great mat
This is a great mat. I have it in our outdoor feral cat box on our covered porch. I like that there is an indicator light that shows when she is on the pad, however, she has to be on the middle for the indicator light to light up. Overall, it is great! I set it to only turn on when she is on the mat to save electricity.

This is one of the nicest products I’ve ever bought for any animal. We turn our heat down at night to conserve energy, but our cats are cold. They have kitty beds, but they’re not warmed. I put this down on the couch. My cat immediately went to it because she loved the way it felt and once it warmed up, she conked out and went right to sleep for hours. If you love your kitty or small dog, show them by buying them this product all I have to say is it’s awesome. and the temperature adjustment works perfectly along with the sensor to turn it off and on it’s awful when they get off it and it comes on when they lay on it. I was really hoping I wouldn’t be part of the small percentage that reported it stopped working within a short period of time, but unfortunately I am. Was fantastic until day 8, when the controller started flashing and it stopped working altogether.

What I was looking for!
We probably should have bought one earlier!! We have an older dog who is having some minor mobility issues due to his age. Since he has “found” this heating pad, he seldom gets off of it. when he does, our cat goes and lays on it. It is quite comical because the dog then goes over to the pad and growls at the cat until the cat leaves. This dog never growls at anyone or anything, that just shows how much he loves the heat and the comfort of it.I did originally buy this ( I bought 2 ) for our outside dogs to go in their dog house in the garage, but one of the dogs decided to chew the cord. (Full disclosure, the outside dogs have heated housing as well) So now one of the cords is in 3 pieces I think. Going to see what we can do about that and give the cat in the house the other one. I haven’t had to wash them yet, as we have only had them for about a week, but there is a pillow case type of cover that comes off, so should be easy to wash. If the dog and cat are happy with it, it is worth every penny we spent on it.

I am very impressed, and so is my cat, with this heat mat. I installed it in an indoor cat house a couple of nights ago which I keep in our conservatory. Our cat sleeps in there as he keeps us awake if we let him upstairs. It is now getting cold in there so I purchased this mat to keep him warm over night.Well I think it’s safe to say that Ziggy Stardust (the cat) loves his cat house and heat mat. He was in there at 8pm last night rather than sitting next to the room radiator! I set the timer for 8 to 10 hours depending on the time Ziggy goes in there. In the morning it turns itself off on cue. There are three adjustable temperatures, which I am currently choosing the mid one.I am always worried about buying electrical goods these days. Concerned that items left on over night might set on fire or in this case, the cat might eat through the cable. With regard to the latter, the cable is armoured to protect it but I have also hidden it under the cat house just in case. The build quality is very good and the removable, washable cover has a zip fastening which is a really nice touch. Normally they stick Velcro on things these days.I haven’t tried the automatic pressure activation yet as I am trying to encourage my cat to it by enticing him in with the heat.I was thinking that a good manufacturing update would be to make a USB version (if voltage allows) then it could be used in a car, perhaps on a car seat!

It has everything – it’s big enough for my large cats, the pressure sensor works well, it gets warm enough, it has a simple remote with no extra useless features, it has anti-chew cord on the important part, and it has a standard DC barrel plug adapter with a disconnect. The power cord design is especially good because you can connect the power through a small hole instead of a UK plug sized hole (for installing inside a box or doghouse, etc.), and it’s all low voltage DC from the wall plug, so not deadly mains voltage in any part of the cable where my cat can and will eventually chew it.Only downside is that the display on the remote doesn’t seem to ever turn off and it’s kind of bright, but I just turn it upside-down on the floor to hide the light.I’m probably buying another so all my cats don’t have to share or fight over it.

My 18-year-old cat absolutely loves this heating pad! He’d been feeling cold lately and spending more time than ever curled up on our laps, so I went looking for a solution. This pad turned out to be perfect. The best feature is the automatic setting — it warms up when he lays on it and turns off when he leaves. The cover is soft, cozy, and easy to clean, plus it can be washed when needed. Highly recommend for any senior cat, or small dog, who loves warmth and comfort!

Ich und meine zwei Katzen sind begeistert von diesem Heizkissen. Es funktioniert wie beschrieben. Es heizt auch schnell, meine Katzen hatten es gleich richtig benutzt. Weil es immer zum Streit kam um den warmen Liegeplatz, habe ich gleich ein zweites gekauft. Das Kabel ist nicht so dick wie bei anderen Heizdecken und somit viel flexibler. Da ich in Deutschland (EU) lebe, fehlte mir der Hinweis, dass ich einen Adapter-Stecker benötigte. Wurde schnell besorgt und somit konnte es an den Strom 🙂

Excellent, just leave it on auto and it only heats when a cat lays on it and turns off when they get up, going to order another one
