Great product, wish there was a splash guard but minor issue
I love this water fountain for my 2 cats. They took to it immediately without a problem. Love the wireless feature as one of my cats likes to chew on wires. battery last a long time. Fountain has no leakage and is virtually noiseless. Worth every dollar. Love the stainless steel bowl, stays clean. One minor detail, I wish there was a splash guard available to purchase for any of the fountains as an accessory or wish it would’ve been part of the package as 1 of my cats tends to make a watery mess by drinking from the back of the bowl. Or maybe make the water bowl deeper for better use by cats.

Easy to Replace & Affordable
Great Quality and Worth It!These filters work perfectly for my pet’s water fountain. They fit well, last as expected, and the water looks and smells fresh. My pets drink more now, which makes me feel better knowing they’re getting clean water. They’re super simple and easy to replace. You can also let the app know when you change the filter and it’ll remind you as well.I’ll definitely keep buying these!

Solid performance
I’m going to be honest, I didn’t think I was going to like this fountain, but the wireless pump drew me in enough to try it. I’ve had numerous fountains – different brands, different materials – over the past 10 years. Some were more expensive than this one, some were less expensive. So, as I write this review, I’m using the experiences I’ve had with ALL of those fountains for my comparison, and I’ve had the PetLibro for about 2 months now.FIRST: Set up – The set up of this fountain is SUPER simple. The instructions are clear, but you really don’t even need them. Everything is intuitive, and the fountain really only fits together one way. You can’t even put the motor in backwards thanks to the notched design that makes it fit neatly in the bowl.SECOND: Operation – Full disclosure, I’ve only used the constantly on function, so I can only speak to that. It stays plugged in, so I don’t use the cordless function, though I do like that it’s an option. The water flow is excellent, and it is very quiet. The lack of a window to monitor water level is what kept me from purchasing this sooner. I didn’t think the the red light that notifies you when the water level is low would be noticeable enough, but it really is. And surprisingly, the motor shut off when the level is too low actually works. When operating, the fountain is VERY quiet. I don’t hear any motor sound at all, and very little water sound. Refilling is quite simple – you can remove the bowl from the base, remove the top and fill it per the instructions. I know the instructions say not to just top off the water by adding from the top, but honestly, as long as you don’t overfill, I don’t see why you can’t do that in a pinch. I have four small dogs, so we have to refill at least once a day, and it doesn’t need to be rinsed out every day, so I do sometimes just top off.THIRD – and this is the kicker – CLEANING: The one thing that has always been painful about pet fountains for me is the cleaning. The taking apart and putting back together. We have always had at least two fountains, and with some of the fountains we’ve had, cleaning them was a chore. Lots of parts to take apart, clean, replace the filter and put back together. This fountain is SO easy to clean. Fewer parts, easy to put back together, and because of the wireless motor, so much easier to clean without worrying about the power end of a cord getting wet while you’re struggling to take the motor apart for cleaning. This fountain cuts the cleaning time in half at least, and because of the ease of cleaning, I’ve been much better about cleaning more frequently (every two weeks as recommended). For some reason, this fountain also doesn’t seem to get as gross as other fountains I’ve had get.FOURTH – Expense – The replacement filters for this are no more expensive than the filters for other fountains, and you can get them auto shipped, which is nice so you don’t run out or have to remember to re-order. They are smaller than most of the other fountains filters I’ve used as well.I’ve been surprisingly impressed with this fountain, and have replaced two of my three fountains with the PetLibro so far. When that third (least used) fountain dies, it will be replaced with a PetLibro.

Amazing cat fountain!
I love this water fountain! I previously had one of the caxit pet fountains and it was so hard to clean and easy to tip over. My cat definitely has a harder time knocking this one over and honestly has less reason to. The water doesn’t evaporate out of it as much so it stays full way longer. It has a nice modern look to it so it’s not a complete eye sore. It’s sturdy and nice feeling. I’ve cleaned it once so far and it was easy to take apart and wasn’t slimy and disgusting. It’s also very quiet so I don’t constantly hear water trickling. I also love that if it’s only running off of the battery it has an option to be motion activated by your cats. I definitely want another one!

Best cat fountain – but with minor flaws
This is the best fountain we have owned. It’s very quiet and really easy to clean. Other fountains tend to have cracks and crevices where gunk builds up – this one does not. The capacity is good – it lasts about one week for our two cats. So once a week I give it a quick clean and fill it back up – easy peasy.Minus one star for two reasons: 1) it randomly turns off and on sometimes, even though there’s plenty of water in it. 2) the replacement black foam filters (not the main filter) are too small and don’t stay seated (they float when water is added). I had to rinse the original filter and stick it back in. Neither of these issues are dealbreakers and overall the fountain exceeds my expectations.

Great Fountain and my cats LOVE it.
This was one of the best pet purchases I’ve made. My 2 cats are fascinated by it. One can in particular is pretty much in love with it and I catch her activating it “for fun” several times a day. I think they both drink more often with this one compared to the last.I’ve had it a couple of months and so far it works flawlessly and is very easy to maintain. 5 out of 5 claws up from my 2 cats!

Expensive And Well Worth It.
I love this fountain. For years, my cat was scared of moving water. Initially, he was scared of the fountain. After removing the top tower, and the water wasn’t trickling down, he chanced it and started drinking from it. Now, he drinks a lot more water because is slowly streams down the stainless steel top. Very slow moving. The filters are reasonably priced and I love how easy to clean this is. The pump, with a little effort, comes apart and is easily cleaned. If I had to complain about something on this fountain, it would be that my “Low Water Level” light doesn’t work and the pump will start to run dry. No biggie though. I can tell by the amount of water flowing when the water level is low.

Great and needed piece obviously but too expensiveThey are taking the p**** with their prices as you need to use a lot of filters so very costly
Melisa Leong –
Love that the pump is cordless as cords in water fountains tend to get slimy easily. Very quiet especially when it’s on the bubbling mode. One minus point is the filter cover is very hard to remove. Had to pull it open with quite a bit of force and I was afraid of breaking it! Petlibto should look into improving the design of the filter cover

Hi, I wasn’t aware I could have this refunded after use. My cats constantly tip it over, yet the round one I had never got tipped over. I only wanted this one because it can be used with no electric cord. So I bought a big pot $60 to make sure they can’t tip it over, forgetting it needs to have the sensors visible to work. So now it’s plugged back in and a total waste of the cost of the fountain and pots and plants. Please contact me if this can be refunded as it is useless to me.
